We rented two micro cabins for two families. For the adults, THIS was the highlight of our trip to Teton/Yellowstone. The cabins were surprisingly spacious and the views were just incredible. The staff was nice and quick to track down the family with the annoying kids on bikes. They definitely want lights out by a certain time but if you are quiet it's a great place to look at the stars, have a beer while listening to the Yellowstone River below.

We were looking for a cozy cabin while staying a few days in the Yellowstone area. I was so glad to find this place! The cabins are super-small but perfect for couples. They are clean and well-appointed, sitting above the Yellowstone River and literally overlooking the north entrance to Yellowstone Park. Elk meandered around the grounds, and all the amenities were there. We didn't plan to stay the full 3 nights we did, but we liked it so much we didn't want to leave! And at ~$100/night it was a bargain. We'd definitely visit again!

Room Tip: Ask for a cabin with a view ... although from what I could see, they pretty much all have one!

We just completed a four night stay in September at this campground. We were in a deluxe site on the upper level, and had a very nice location with nice views. One morning we were treated to three female elk in the vacant site behind us! The grounds are very nice, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. Unlike our stay in West Yellowstone, the wi-fi here really rocks! It was almost as good as at home, which I don't expect on these vacation trips. We will definitely stay here again. I like dividing our time between West Yellowstone and Gardiner for less total driving to access different areas of Yellowstone, given the vastness of the park.

Stayed here for two nights at the end of August 2013. Very friendly proprietors. Can get ice (for your coolers) and pop at the office. It was a great place to use as a departure point for all things Yellowstone. (It is less than 5 miles from Roosevelt Arch entrance to Yellowstone!) I had one of the small cabins and it was just perfect for my needs. Quiet hours were just that - QUIET!! No loud motors coming in and out at all hours! Could actually sit outside at the picnic table in the evening and watch the sunset without being bothered by traffic!

Rustic cabins - no fridge, no microwave, but there IS electric, heat, air conditioner - You bring your own bedding, cooler, there is a small gas grill outside on the picnic table, laundry and bathroom/shower are literally steps away. Restaurants, shopping are within walking distance if you choose.

I am recommending this to anyone wanting to 'do Yellowstone'. I will consider this as my main 'launch' location next time I visit Yellowstone!!

Room Tip: Bring own bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows) and towels/toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc). Great scen...

We stayed 5 nights in June. We got a deluxe site, but still very small. I asked for a site close to the bathroom, but it was still so far away that I had to drive the vehicle to it. There was no room to park at the bathroom most of the time. The bathroom was very clean! The sprinkler came on at night to water the very small patch of grass at the site. It got anything wet that was sitting out so you had to move everything before you went to bed. There is not much choice of campgrounds in the area so you're kinda stuck. We've been to every state, so we are experienced campers & know what is out there.

Room Tip: Get a deluxe site.

This is a well maintained RV park and I would stay here again. I would say the space between sites is more than most RV parks. Several reviews mention the quality of the restrooms. They are true, very nice and very clean!

Room Tip: It can be a walk to the restrooms and there is some grade to manage. If you have difficulty walking...
