Upon arrival met by innkeepers Nancy and Richard Parks. Very gracious, welcoming hosts. Room was just right and bed perfect for a good night sleep. Clean and well appointed room. All the amenities where there and in plentiful supply. Fantastic breakfast ... oriented moderately to "healthy living". Looking forward to again visiting Gardiner --- Yellowstone Park area and staying at the Gardiner Guest House. Rates are reasonable and accommodations excellent!

Conveniently located-- the house is walking distance to the Roosevelt Arch entrance to Yellowstone Park, and there are several places to eat within one block. Built of stone by the same Italian masons who were brought in to build the army (now park) buildings in Mammoth over one hundred years ago. Two rooms share a bath, one room has private bath.
Richard and Nancy are terrific hosts. Perhaps the best breakfast I have ever had in a B & B, and she thinks of a lot of little details, like having a special bag with extra towels, just for going to the Boiling River hot springs (which I heartily recommend.)
Richard owns the fly fishing shop next door, (which rents skis and snowshoes in the winter) and has vast local knowledge. He also wrote the book on fishing in Yellowstone.
I will definitely go back to this B&B next time I am in the area.

My wife and I, along with another couple stayed at this cozy B&B in January. We were there for a weekend skiing trip into Yellowstone. Nancy and Richard, the proprietors of this well kept house were friendly, welcoming and completely delightful. The breakfasts were a real treat with specially prepared vegetarian fare. They are open all winter, and gave us great suggestions where to go in and around Gardiner for the best local fare. We were up very early for wolf watching in Yellowstone and breakfast was waiting when we got up. The rooms were warm, well appointed. Everything about our stay was exceptional. I will highly recommend a stay here to our friends and will return again.

Our winter visit to Gardiner and Yellowstone was great. Staying at the Gardiner Guest house was relaxing, comfortable and convenient. The breakfasts were fantastic and filling. Hot tea and snacks were always available. The owner covers all bases. The Park's Fly shop is right around the corner with cross country ski rentals and all your fly fishing equipment.

Me and my wife along with another friend couple landed to this B&B in July and supposedly one of the busiest times for Yellowstone. At first we were really skeptical about staying at B&B but the moment we entered this place..we knew this was something that we will not forget for a long time. After 5 months, now index I am writing this review which means I was so impressed by the hospitality and homeliness of this place that the memories are still fresh and soothing. Coming to the review.. This place is definitely highly recommended for either a short or a long stay and by the time you leave this, you will so much want to come back. If you get a chance book it as early as possible..it ranks much higher than any other hotel in the area. My wife was super impressed by this B&B and she was most impressed by the bathroom. It was not any less than cinderella's bathroom. The breakfast was amazing considering that we were vegetarians, the landlord had prepared the breakfast for four of us and a French family in the house to cater both veg and non-veg breakfast which rated much much better than any other hotel or restaurant breakfasts you will find in this area. Thank you.

this is the 4th time staying at GG! Would not stay anywhere else. For exploring Yellowstone it is convenient and very comfortable. Our daughter made it out to stay here for the first time and just loved it!! We met some interesting guests over coffee one evening ( 2 ladies were going to climb Mt. Kiliminjaro, really). Richard rented us a spotting scope for wildlife viewing, and Nance just kept cookin' up the hospitality and good fixins! A great place to warm your heart and enjoy some truly nice people. The value can't be beat!

Room Tip: All the rooms are great... the bigger one in the back has it's own bath.

This little inn Is a nice place to return to after a day of hard play in Yellowstone Park. The bed was like new and heat in the bedroom was easy to moderate so we slept soundly. Lots of healthy goodies with dark coffee at the morning breakfast started our day just about right. Check it out.
