I am from glasgow. Went back for a weekend. Hotel is twice the price than it should be. Also the restuarant is rude forgetful and down right awful. Waited hour and ten minutes for our order. In that time waitress came by twice to say ours was next. Then i went up and found out it was never given to the kitchen.

Upon check in, the front foyer and registration area was in complete remodel mode! We checked in with our reservation and went to our reserved king room. Opened the door to an odd odour and 2 double beds, not a king as per our reservation. I went back to the front desk and told them there was an error in our room. The front desks clerks mumbled to each other and said it was due to renovations. I asked for a rate difference as this was not what I paid for. I was told there was no difference. Same cost. Why was this not told to me when I checked in??? Why let us walk into our room and discover this on our own. No rate reduction, no restaurant voucher, nothing. Very small bathroom. Our knees hit the door if you were sitting on the toilet. Tried the restaurant for dinner. Frozen, bagged food. Poor quality and overpriced. Would definitely choose another location on our next vacation.

Still the best place in Glasgow, but that's because lack of competition. I've stayed here for 17 years during my business trips, and really wish I didn't have to continue. The carpet in the rooms of the (2006) "new" building smells bad. The mattresses are worn out and sink in like a bowl. The Hotel has gotten a few facelifts over the years, and looks nice, but updating the rooms with new carpet and mattresses is what it really needs. Lots of Oil and Railroad workers stay there, so it gets worn out a lot faster than a normal hotel would.

There are very few places to stay in this part of northern Montana, and fewer selections over the roadside Mom/Pop motel level. The Cottonwood is like an oasis rising out of Glasgow, approachable and clean and friendly. It's a large facility, and has a bar and restaurant that delivers room service. There's a pool and hot tub. The rooms have a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and blow dryer. The location is quiet, and parking is easy, best part - your dog will only cost you an extra $5.00 fee to stay too. Staff was friendly but not cloying on arrival, good people to greet after a brutal drive. There's an ATM and vending machines in a room by the check-in desk, convenient. Internet service is free if you're a guest. There was new carpet in my room, and new carpet being installed in the entire hotel during my stay. The heater/AC units are new and very efficient, they don't make that clanking sound all night cycling on and off, so sleep quality and temperature coincide happily here. The rooms are not spacious, and the furniture is not luxurious, but it's new, it's more than enough, and I'll definitely stay here again. The hundred dollar bill to stay safely, warmly, comfortably, order room service and watch movies with my dog on a long business trip was so, so well spent. Felt like sanctuary.

$99 on a Sunday night seemed really expensive. Very small room, fairly quiet. Only stayed here because of the adjacent bar and restaurant (it was 10 below zero in Glasgow). Will shop around next time.

Stayed here a couple of nights for a business trip. Rooms were clean & neat. Bathroom is very tiny but served it's purpose. Hotel resteraunt was ok, I think some of the meal was microwaved and the salad bar was a little lacking. The hotel lobby is very inviting and has free coffee around the clock.

Drove all day and came upon this motel at the right time. Nicely redone, clean, fresh rooms with excellent beds. Bathroom is very small but the shower is excellent. Great beds and linens, quiet and comfortable. The staff is great and knew where to send us for food, shopping and sight seeing.
