“The Best in Town”
Reviewed 7 August 2014

We were two hours out when we started looking for a room. Using just my smart phone we got a listing of options available in Glasgow, MT.

We actually based our selection from the name alone, and when we drove into town were we glad with out choice.

I know going local is a good thing, and small businesses try hard to provide good service. But of the four choices in Glasgow only the Cottonwood Inn is what we consider a modern facility. The other properties are in serious need of refurbishing.

So, onto our review of the Cottonwood Inn. It is a complete destination facility. It has clean modern rooms, a pool and hot tub, a restaurant and bar, free WiFi, and even a little casino.

After ten hours of driving we were so glad to be checking into the Cottonwood Inn.

Room Tip: The main building has indoor access to all amenities. The auxiliary building requires you to walk ac...

We were on our way to glacier and stayed at the RV portion of this hotel. The RV sites had full hook ups. They were all clean sites. And located, just beyond the parking. The sites were laid out in an parking kit fashion, noting special about the sites. They were level.

The indoor pool is nice. My 5 year old daughter loved it. It has a hot tub as well.

Our room was in the "West Wing" a king bed in a spacious room with sofa and TV area. All aspects of our stay fully met our expectations, and at a very reasonable price. We did not eat at the restaurant.

We were on our way to Glacier National Park and saw very few motels along the way through northern North Dakota and Northern Montana. This is a huge complex, especially for the area. The building is quite nice, as were the people, but the problem was a distinct lack of attention to detail. The remote control on the TV didn't work, there were light bulbs burned out, the sheets were too short for the bed, the hairdryer kept falling off the wall, not enough towels were given, etc. This was a hard Inn to rate for the above reasons - it is probably more accurately rated a 3, but, given the location, we were still quite happy to find something this modern and clean.

This room far exceeded my expectations! What a joy to see after 13 long hours on the road. I would come back here any time I pass through. The room was very modern, had free wifi, pool and hot tub, along with a spacious coffee room.

We had the Family Suite and it was just awesome. Beautiful with a balcony, 2 queens (in one room) and King in second room. Small kitchen; closets and large bathroom; oh such space we had. The girls at the front desk (Megan and Theresa) were great; helping us with luggage and anything we needed. I left my tablet there and Megan (I think) mailed it to my home. Hospitality and friendliness abounds in the hotel; the Tennessee girls loved it. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in your hotel.
