“Good but wet”
Reviewed 19 June 2014

For the three days we spent in Great Falls it rained continuously and heavy so we clearly did not experience it at its best. Never the less, well worth the visit.

“Beautiful park”
Reviewed 19 June 2014 via mobile

The park is beautiful. If you are a Montana resident it is free, otherwise there is a vehicle fee of $5 ($3 if disabled). The fish hatchery was neat and you can feed the fish for a nickel. Do what we did and leave a couple nickels behind as a random act of kindness for the next person to enjoy. There is a small exhibit that explains how the hatchery works. Roe River (shortest river in the country) is right there..look for the spring/falls area.

“Very nice park and the springs are beautiful”
Reviewed 11 June 2014

Just on the outskirts of Great Falls, this hatchery, springs and park combined make a very nice place to visit for everyone. Park is nicely maintained and the springs is quite impressive with water outflow of over 150 million gallons/day. There are some very large trout swimming in the springs as well as the hatchery's ponds. There is a small entry fee ($5/car).

Wow, it is so clear and beautiful. My daughter and I had a great time. Worth checking out. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Don't forget your bug spray, lots of mosquitoes!
