We baby-boomers were reminded of the old Woolworths lunch counter and enjoyed our sandwiches and homemade potato chips. Would have had a slice of pie but we were too full. The owner stayed open past closing to accommodate us.

This was an awesome place to visit, not far from the C.M. Russell Museum. It was once an old Woolworth's building that they converted into this diner. They had many vintage items on the shelves, the seats and chairs were all pink and green. The service was great - very friendly. The food was typical diner food. The shakes were very good as well. Highly recommend!

We went to 5th street Diner for breakfast on a trip to Great Falls. The breakfast was wonderful. The eggs were perfectly cooked, as was the bacon, but the best was the pancakes. I travel a good deal and love to eat breakfast out, and these were some of the best pancakes I have ever had. I wished I lived closer, I'd be there often.

In Great Falls for work and we were looking for a place to eat lunch that would be quick and different...hate fast food places. Looked up local restaurants on Trip Advisor and the reviews on this one looked good. We were very pleasantly surprised not only by the neat decor, but also by the food and especially the friendliness of the staff and knowledge of the history of the building. Our server was cheerful and appeared to be genuinely concerned that we got what we wanted and made some excellent suggestions. She was non-stop from one end of the old original Woolworths counter to the other. The cashier took time to tell us about the condition they found it in and what they did to make it into what it is. He even showed us some old Woolworth menus they found inthe building, and pointed out original Woolworth signage. Oh, and the food was very good and the malt outstanding.

Woolworths old diner remade into a great breakfast and lunch place. We had relatives meet us there and they were impressed.
