Known for beans and steak, this is the spot!! Our group visit began with June giving us a brief history of Ingomar and the Jersey Lily. Then we were shown how to construct and eat 'Sheepherders Hors d' oeuvres! These are made with food items a sheep herder could take without refrigeration in his wagon - sweet onions, cheese, small piece of orange slice. Beans with homemade croutons and salsa were so tasty.
