This was a wonderful tour! I love old houses and this did not disappoint me!! Beautiful home and the young woman giving the tour provided very interesting information about the home and the former inhabitants. Very worth the $10 fee. It was very warm in the mansion, so dress accordingly.

The home tour was amazing! You could really imagine being in the time period, they have the decor down to a T. It was time well spent.

Probably one of the best restored homes from that time that I've been in. Over 90% of the items are of the Conrad family. Exceptional tour of the home with up close and personal time in many of the rooms; reminded me so much of my father's home but his wasn't as elaborate. The furnishings are beautiful and thanks to one daughter who kept everything they even know the prices of the furniture, etc. Need better signage outside and to allow photos and I'm sure they'll draw more visitors. Otherwise I'd rate a 5.

Unless you have a photographic memory, skip it. Regardless of the grandeur that may or may not be inside, you can't keep your detailed memories for the cost of admission. You can of course, pay more for a book with photos of what someone else thought you should remember.
So disappointed! I was looking forward to the tour, but asked for a refund when they said I couldn't capture what I found interesting.
They slow down and/or distract the group, they said.
I hope they reverse this discriminatory policy because I'd like to write a more favorable review, with photos to make my case.

You would be remiss to visit here and not see this Mansion. It is a delight to the eyes with great history.
