“Tired looking property, but okay..”
Reviewed 21 September 2013 via mobile

Mainly the price is very good and located within tall trees kinda like a park. Deer roaming the property, very close to cafes and other minimal shopping that's available in town. The room was somewhat old looking, the bathroom was clean, the bed comfortable but someone forgot to vacuum the carpet. A friend next door in another room had no complaints and thought his room was clean and comfortable. I probably would not stay there again.

Stayed September 2013, travelled solo

Nothing really wrong with Leepers, and the rates were reasonable, but the place had a somewhat tired feel to it. It appears that the place is up for sale, which may be the reason. Location was quite lovely, and when I took the dog for an early morning walk in the surrounding neighborhood, we saw 10 deer. Positives: the bed was very comfortable, and the place was clean. Negatives: We could've used more towels, and only one packet of coffee was provided--seemed a bit stingy. Didn't seem to be any wifi, though we were able to connect to the Internet by cell phone (3G). The owner was friendly enough, allowing us to look at a couple of rooms before making our decision.

Not the highest quality place, but I like to see a few family owned places still in business. I hate giving money to big chains, so I stay small and local when I can. This place fits.

The owner (Jeargen?) is fairly friendly and the location is pleasant, nestled in the trees and a short walk to a few restaurants and bars.

This hotel could definitely use an update! Hope they can afford to do that before being driven out of business.

Great place snuggled amongts tall fir trees. Would make a beeline to this hotel every time I pass thru Lincoln Montana. They have copies of the menus from most the restaurants in town so you can narrow down your restaurant choices before you even head out. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Went for Octoberfest and very sorry we did.

Seems nice from the outside, but very moldy/mildew smelling rooms in sorry need of an upgrade. Obnoxcious & rude staff couldn't seem to care. Almost indignant about any request.
Couldn't get hot water to run consistently, either full blast or ice cold.

Would not recommend this place to anyone and would never go back.

This motel is rather hidden amongst very tall pines on the one main street in the centre of"town".There are 20 or so rooms in blocks of 4-6,with a central office and a (closed) outdoor hot tub,but no other facilitiies.Several good places for breakfast and dinner(especailly Lambkins 7 up) are within walking distance.
The rooms are of good size with bed dining table and sofa,a small bathroom and alcove with fridge and microwave. The decoration is cheerful with a fishing theme, and everything is clean and well maintained. It was cool, and quiet at night.
Your car will be covered in pine cones by the morning.
