Enjoyed our stay while camping without son, daughter in law and grandchildren. Campground is very clean and well maintained. The rest rooms were very clean and the activities they have are excellent. Playground and pool were very nice. The river location is very beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay in one of the camping cabins (beds with mattresses, BBQ, picnic table, fire pit) - we needed a place to stay without having to unpack half the car. Just need sleeping bags! The KOA has a laundry facility, playground, pool (not all that great), games room with TV, free wifi (slowed right down when everyone started arriving), nice clean bathrooms with showers, and even breakfast available for purchase in the morning. Pretty quiet as it is off the highway - loudest thing were the cows in the nearby pastures.

Being so near to Yellowstone this KOA obviously gets a lot of visitors. They have very effectively designed the camp to accommodate the maximum number of people, my trailer site was across a corner on one of the outer loops, I probably wouldn't have though of putting a site there. They do squeeze you in, across from me was a 42 foot trailer that had a hard time backing in and out of a tight spot. But it worked, there was space and I had all the usual hookups. The campground is right by the Yellowstone River with water access and a boat ramp. The facilities and activities are what you would expect of a busy KOA, social evenings in a club house, quite an extensive breakfast available as well which I didn't try, it did look good. The K9 Kamp (dog run) was absolutely minimal and quite small, all the way out of the campground too. WiFi worked but was rather limited, they claim, probably correctly, that their location away from town offers limited connectivity.

This is a nice campground with an EXCELLENT staff. Our first visit here and we will be repeat visitors. Well maintained park. If you're traveling with children, the pool, playground, and bicycles will keep them busy. Pet friendly as well.

We pulled off route 90 into Livingston late in the evening and called the local KOA, they were about to close, but the man gave us directions and said he would wait on us. The campground is ten miles off of 90. When we arrived the man (sorry I forgot your name) quickly got us a cabin along the Yellowstone River and was absolutely on top with customer service. Being that it was late in the evening, there was no food, as we had asked about it and driving back to Livingston was out of the question, (too tired). Fifteen minutes later the man brought us a pizza, simply because he was being nice, and it was on him. Thank you to you and KOA, hospitality is a big deal to me, as it is slowly dwindling. Waking up early in the morning with a coffee and walking my dog along the beautiful Yellowstone River was a great lasting memory.
