“Small & Eclectic & Tasty”
Reviewed 29 April 2014

Avoid the crowds and dine during the "Off-Times!"

Today I ordered the MIGAS Breakfast: "Tortillas scrambled with eggs and our black bean veggie burger. Topped with cheddar cheese, salsa and sour cream."

My DH enjoyed genuine CORNED BEEF HASH:
"...We slow cook our corned beef overnight, then it's cast iron cooked with onions and
potatoes. Topped with eggs and choice of toast."

The organic coffee is delicious and we had plenty of leftover food to take home.

“Good little spot”
Reviewed 15 April 2014 via mobile

I have to admit I was not sure when walking in (very small). I was intimidated by the ordering at the counter and insure what to do. Sounds silly, but important to me in an overall experience review. The food was excellent though. Small tables and small place made it a little awkward when full and a line was forming right next to me. I would go back but it's not my first choice in town.

“Homey”
Reviewed 21 March 2014 via mobile

Stopped in for coffee about 10:30 Friday morning. The name was familiar, but had never been. Walked in to a small, cozy (bit cramped) little place populated with a nice assortment of people. The menu is plain, not hoity toity like some of the other "boutique" cafés in town. Very good breakfasts! Order at the counter and in a few minutes your massive breaky is served. Breakfast and lunch. 7am-4pm daily. $7 average across the board.

“Delicious, local and inexpensive ”
Reviewed 4 March 2014 via mobile

They have the best, and cheapest sweet potato fries and banana bread French toast in town. The 'special' sauce compliments just about anything. This is a gem where you can eat for comfort and eat healthy at the same time. They have a fantastic selection of gourmet sandwiches, soups, salads and breakfast items also. If you haven't been, you're missing out!

“Fine if you have time”
Reviewed 2 February 2014

The food is cheap and plentiful, which is part of the attraction. The staff is friendly, but not the picture of efficiency. If you're vegetarian this is a good option, and it's an easy walk from downtown. It has a quirky, funky feel that's nice.
