“A Destination: Not Just A Waypoint”

We travel through Missoula to reach our cabin in Southeast Idaho and Blossom's is a regular stop for us. It's always a welcome ending to our first day's drive from Seattle to arrive at Blossom's. Regardless of whether Blossom is there to greet us or not we can look forward to making Blossom's our own and relaxing on the porch or in the expansive garden with a nice glass of wine. After more than half a dozen visits I can attest to the consistently high quality of this wonderful B&B. Breakfasts are large and delicious with enough choice to satisfy anyone. And somehow the people who are attracted to here are always interesting and good conversationalists which makes breakfast even more appealing. Blossom and Troy are very accommodating and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. This old and carefully restored craftsman is a comfortable haven while only a handful of blocks from downtown Missoula. My only regret is that sometimes I don't book early enough and there's a university event (homecoming, graduation) that results in our not being able to get a room, as happened a few weeks ago--always a sad day for us.

We live in Missoula and always have our visitors stay with Blossom if possible. The accommodations are lovely and convenient and Blossom always sees to our guests' every need! This past weekend was our daughter's high school graduation and we had grandparents staying at the B and B of course. This time I was lucky enough to pop by around breakfast time to meet up with them and was able to join them for breakfast. We all were dazzled by Craig's amazing spread with fresh fruit, yogurt and house made granola, avocado with aged balsamic, local bagels, and a spectacular egg dish that I have to admit no words can truly describe!!! Indeed I do not exaggerate in my review title!

The minute you walk in to this beautiful craftsman house, you know you're "home". No detail has been overlooked, very tastefully and simply decorated throughout, your every need for a relaxing and comfortable stay is at your fingertips. Located in a neighborhood, close to all amenities, the porch calls your name to sit and enjoy and wave to the neighbors as they go by. The owner, Blossom, has endless energy, wonderful stories and a smile and laugh that are beyond contagious. Endless cups of coffee, delicious granola and more food than you could possibly eat are served "family style" at the dining table. This is a great way to talk to the other guests and visit with Blossom as she dashes in and out of the kitchen with more and more wonderfully homemade food. This is a must stay if you are in the Missoula area. Excellent B&B, the best host and very comfortable all the way around. We will be back!

My wife and I were in Missoula on business at the university, and it was the university that chose Blossom's for our lodging. The choice could not have been better. The home is beautiful, elegant, and capacious, with a wonderfully comfortable sitting room, where we enjoyed a blazing fire made by one of Blossom's sons. Our room could not have been more comfortable; it was cozy without being cramped, very quiet, and the Tempur-pedic mattress on the bed was heavenly. Blossom herself is a radiant and joyful presence and a splendid conversationalist, ever-attentive to the needs of her guests; and her breakfasts were superb, bordering on lavish, exquisitely prepared combinations of egg dishes and her own granola (be sure to ask for the recipe!), topped with yogurt and mixed berries of every conceivable variety. Blossom's is unusually generous in providing guests with wine, beer, sodas, bottled water, and snacks for the asking. It is hard to imagine any way that it could have been better. (I should mention that there was one day in which Blossom was not available to cook breakfast, but she had a young man named Craig who is a professional chef to take her place, and he more than maintained her high standard.) If and when my work brings me back to Missoula, I wouldn't dream of staying anyplace else.

We made our reservations sight unseen, and were delighted to spend two nights in one of the finest and friendliest B&Bs on earth. The house itself is an immaculately-kept arts and crafts style abode with beautiful detail, and Blossom and her staff made sure we had a great time and that all our needs were met. The breakfasts were superb, and it was fun to spend time with other travelers and ge. Next time in Missoula, this is where we're staying. It's a no brainer.

Very clean rooms and outstanding location! Breakfast is out of this world... they easily accommodated my gluten free diet. Blossom and Troy even had a fire in the fireplace when we got back from the freezing Griz game. This place feels like home away from home!

Our annual U of M Griz game trip was a great success thanks to Blossom. Stacy was very friendly and ensured our breakfast had everything we wanted, she remembered us from our prior visits. I got to visit with Blossom for a few minutes and she is always so kind and caring and wants to be sure everyone is comfortable. They set up the fireplace for us so we all relaxed by the fire after we returned from dinner. The fridge is always full of a variety of beer and wine, we played pool and just enjoyed ourselves. A must stay in Missoula!
