one of the key things I care when offered is continental breakfast served until specified time. it is very bothersome when there is no food until the specified time and no one does something to stock up the items offered. this particular stay seemed understaffed. counter person was taking care of a business problem and made another customer who wanted to check out wait too long.

We would like to thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. Our breakfast runs from 6am-10am everyday. We make sausage gravy, oatmeal and omelets in large quantities, but unfortunately these are the 3 items that we cannot make more of past 9:30am because these items do not have time to cook thoroughly before breakfast would be over. When these items run out after 9:30am we do offer oatmeal in single serving packets and omelets in single serving packets that just need to be heated up, the gravy however is something that we can only make once a day due to how long it takes to heat up. Every other item in our breakfast we are able to refill whenever needed. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you, but we cannot serve food that is not heated per the instructions and might be unsafe to feed to the public. It sounds like what could have happened is that the front desk was overwhelmed with answering phone calls, checking guests in and out and other daily business and were unable to fill up the breakfast items as quickly as needed, we apologize for that as well. It is not typical for us to not have enough staff on hand to meet all of our guests needs and we hope that you give us another chance to Wow you!

We stayed at this hotel while in town for a concert. The room was clean but small and the whole hotel smelled like smoke. It is at a truck stop but we did not hear trucks running at night. However, we did hear the other guests a lot at night.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We do have both smoking and non smoking rooms at our hotel and we do try to contain the smoke/smell to those rooms, however that is not always easy to do when we are full. We also hold the expectation that our guests will respect our other guests and keep the noise level at a minimum. There is always someone at the front desk to address issues such as noise and we encourage you to call the front desk at any hotel if you have issues, right when the issue occurs so that the hotel may address the issue then. We apologize for any issues that you may have had during your stay, and we appreciate the nice things that you had to say as well. Your feedback is needed and appreciated and we hope that you will choose to stay with us again in the future.
