This was a very quiet, comfortable hotel. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. I was woke up early in the morning by a slamming door, but except for that, great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We are big Hampton fans and this was to be our 4th one in 5 days. We had reserved 2 rooms several months in advance as some of our family was going to join us there. We requested quiet rooms on a higher floor away from vending and elevators. We arrived about 10:30 am, checked in but the rooms understandably were not yet available. When we came back near 5pm we were assigned room 208 (somewhat close to the elevators and vending). The one window in the room was 50% blocked by a pitched roof from the hotel entry. The window was also very dirty which made the room very dark. We complained to the front desk who came up to the room and agreed the room was a poor choice. The staff was excellent (Desiree, Sarah and a trainee) and did everything they could to find us more suitable rooms. But the highest floor, which we requested, was used by their smoking quests and the other nonsmoking rooms were now full. If you are not a smoker you will realize from the scent in the elevator and lobby that plenty of the guests are .
They offered to comp us the room for the evening (our family was coming the next day for the 2nd room) . We declined the free room and moved a quarter mile down the street for a Marriott Courtyard.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms in the 2nd floor including and on either side of room 208. We expect the rooms on the 3r...

If your looking for a nice quite hotel this is not it. The hotel is on the main road right off the interstate. I got 4 hours sleep when vehicle traffic finally died down around 1 AM. The room was okay and the bed very comfortable. The staff was alright and the breakfast was average. If your a light sleeper I would not recommend this hotel. If your good with noise it would be alright.

Room Tip: The hotel sits on a right angle to the main road so no room is exempt from road noise.

This hotel has very nice accommodations. Is very clean and very friendly staff. The complementary breakfast is very good including healthy selections such as oatmeal, dried fruit, yogurts, and fresh fruits.

Hampton Inn in Missoula MT is top notch. Desk staff was smiling from the moment we arrived until we checked out the following day. Room was squeaky clean with ample fluffy towels. Breakfast offerings were filling and extended . Not a problem in the least with this hotel as they go above and beyond in serving their guests.. it was a quite hotel too and close enough to everything .. I love this hotel..

Room Tip: The parking lot is a bit tight, other than that , state whether you wish non smoking or smoking they...

We enjoy staying at the Hampton Inn Hotels. The beds are good. The bathroom was spacious. But, the a/c only put out cold air with in 6 fit of the window. It was hot and uncomfortable. The shower had a very loud scream when turned on and I had to turn it off while I showered to not wake up my sleeping family.

Front desk ladies were friendly and the front area is great. The breakfast was ok. I wish they would offer a gluten free option.

Room Tip: It's great to stay if you're alone or without kids!

Good hotel with good location. Shopping and foold is close by along with gas stations. Not a lot of room for parking so I wouldn't bring a trailer, etc. Missoula is busy so be prepared for dealing with the traffic and bleeding heart liberals.
