13 of us rented snowmobiles and went on a guided tour with Rob. We started off a little rocky when we went in as the desk is very efficient in getting everyone geared up but not super "hand holding" but that aside Rob was great on the tour and it was literally one of the best days of my life. Rob geared the tour to our wants and needs. There were plenty of bathroom stops as needed, lunch and breaks to check out the sights. We saw bison, wolf, coyote and bald eagles as well as a mid sized animal that I forget the name of. We also spent time at Old Faithful and many other beautiful spots along the way. The return to the office was efficient and more easy going. We enjoyed every bit of it and it was worth the money. I would do this again in a heartbeat. Oh and the snowmobiles had heated seats and hand warmers. That was nice.

What a fun thing to do! We had never ridden snow mobiles so were a little nervous. Our great guide, John, showed us the basics and put us at ease. John was a wealth of knowledge about almost every aspect of Yellowstone. He explained geology, wildlife, history and features of the park. If you have never seen the park in winter, I highly advise it! We saw deer, elk, bison, coyotes (one eating a duck he'd just caught out of a hot spring) bald eagles and swans. We saw Old Faithful and many other thermal springs and geysers. We had time on our own for lunch at the Old Faithful winter snow lodge. And don't worry about being too cold. It was 8 degrees F (about -13C) and we were comfortable in our provided snow suits and boots...along with heated handlebars and passenger hand grips.

Great customer service over the phone, but in person, it is a different experience. When we showed up in the morning for our rentals, the staff behind the counter was obnoxious and rude. They tried to scare us into paying an insane amount of “insurance”, but after telling them no more than 5 times, they finally got the point.

Our first day was a tour through Yellowstone visiting the canyon. Rob was the only person working at this establishment that was great. There is nothing bad to say about Rob. He was AWESOME! The tour was also great.

Our second day was also a tour through Yellowstone visiting Old Faithful Geyser. Our tour guide on this tour was nothing but a deuche bag. Jamie was an overbearing control freak. He talked nonstop about everything including things about his personal life. Although Yellowstone was beautiful, the tour was tainted by this moron.

Our third and last day was free riding. When we picked up the snowmobiles, once again the rude and obnoxious remarks were too much. I finally had enough and let them know the attitude was not appreciated. The comment from Two Top was “be careful or we may not let you take the units”. I called them out as I could take my business elsewhere. They settled down and we have a great day cruising around the trails.

We returned the units that evening and checked out. At this point I just wanted to get out of there, so we paid and left. Less than 10 words were said.

The abuse we received was uncalled for and didn’t deserve. There are many other companies that will be happy to rent you a snowmobile. I suggest using anyone else other than this company!

Our experience with Two Top was great. We arrived about 8am and were given our suits, helmets, gloves and boots. We went out to meet our guide Paul and reviewed the operations of the snowmobiles. Then we were on our way. We stopped whenever we saw wildlife and at several geysers and points of interest. Paul was a wealth of knowledge of the area and the wildlife. He answered all of our questions, and stopped whenever we asked. We stopped at Madison warming hut on our way there and our way back which was a welcome bit of warmth. We had a little bit of free time at Old Faithful for lunch and Paul met us at Old Faithful 10 mins before it was due to erupt. He helped us with the best viewing and gave us additional information about the area. On the way back we had to share the road with a herd of bison. Paul was very cautious and careful with us all. He stopped us before we approached the herd to tell us what to do. Once we got past we were able to stop again and take pictures. We also cam upon a coyote who was dining on a freshly caught duck - nothing I had ever seen in the wild. All in all the tour was well done. Our thanks to Paul!

We booked a tour through Two Top and had a great experience from start to finish.
When we arrived we were fitted with our snowmobile suits and boots and gloves. We met our guide who went over the do's and don'ts of the trip.
We were given an educational tour of all of the sights.
We rented the snowmobiles for 2 more days and they were very helpful showing us where to outside the park, and giving us maps to help us along the way.
We will rent from them in the future without a doubt.
