We stopped here...famished...after a full day in Yellowstone National Park. In spite of being starving, the food was nothing more than average. The BBQ sandwich was good, the fries and slaw were not. It was $11. Hubby and 1 daughter had chicken Parmesan. It was 'just ok' at $18 a plate. Our other daughter had the fried shrimp. 5 shrimp with bad mashed potatoes and ok carrots $25. She left still hungry. Plenty of other spots to enjoy; wish we didn't stop here, which was the first place we saw.

Two of our party of four had the salad bar. Unimaginative greens and only basic vegetables and a few dressing choices (no lite dressing). The navy bean soup was missing ham. The vegetable soup was missing zesty flavor and was overcooked. One friend had the fish. Tasty, but greasy. Large portion. Another had the baked chicken. Huge portion and satisfying. The service was very good. Nice decor. Quiet, even when crowded. Not bad, overall. Prices were high, but this is a tourist town, after all.

Ate here for dinner. Food was fairly good. They charge $4.50 per person (with purchase of a meal) for one trip to the salad bar. There are plenty of places in the area. I wouldn't necessarily avoid this place, but I wouldn't seek it out again, either.

We ate here two out of five days. The first night I had the beef manhattan and it was excellent. It came with the salad bar and the portion was so large I couldn't come close to finishing it. The next night I only ordered the salad bar. Fresh ingredients, homemade soup (the clam chowder was the best I have ever had) and don't miss the chicken salad! Finished off dinner both nights with a dish a huckleberry ice cream. I only wish we had this restaurant at home. Also a very good value for the area as the soup/salad bar is only ten dollars.

We both ordered the special, spaghetti with meat sauce. It was okay. The waitress was attentive and the restaurant was clean. In all fairness the town didn't seem to have a lot of great restaurants, not for a foodie. Everything was fast food or home style cooking.
