Good location next to a large grassy park (for the kids this is a plus). Outdoor pool with hot tub is a little grimy but the kids didn't seem to mind. Just staying here for a place to sleep on the way to Yellowstone. Thought breakfast was great - can make your own waffles, or basic cereals, but also have hard boiled eggs and can make hot chocolate so everyone was happy. We have stayed here twice and the second time the water pipe in our room was REALLY loud. We had a noise-maker going in our room to make sure our youngster stayed asleep, and although he didn't wake up, the sound of the water being turned on, by what I assume was the room above us? taking a shower was so loud it woke both my hubby and I up. Probably just a fluke thing, but still, annoying. Nice that they have a little fridge in the room.

I expected this property to be old and outdated. We were surprised by getting a room in the new additon. Although the room was very average for that location/age, the front desk staff was really nice and served a great included breakfast. I used a Best Western gift card to help pay for the room and the staff was very helpful and took the time to thank me for my business and made sure everything was correct and good.

Overall this is an average hotel. There are two buidings, one is a lot newer than the other. The older one is really shoing its age. However, the hotel is decently managed, and quite livable. This would be more expensive than your typical hotels/motels of this quality, because of its close approximity to Yellowstone National Park. Try to ask for staying in the newer buiding (with interior corridors). The older one has outside corridors.

Room Tip: Try to get a room in the newer building, the one with inside corridors.

This was a very nice place to stay during our family trip to Yellowstone Park. the rooms were very nice, clean, comfortable and all the amenities necessary. The staff, Anthony, Carol and Cindy were very friendly, and very accommadating to all our needs. They arranged to get all our rooms together so we all had more time to visit with each orher. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone wanting to stay in West Yellowstone. Carol

We could not be any happier with this hotel. The hotel was very close to West Yellowstone entrance. We did not walk to the entrance but walking to it certainly possible. Yellowstone is huge and really being able to walk to the entrance wont allow you to see the park. The hotel served its purpose for us. I must say, when i walked into the room, I was not like "OH MY GOD, this room is so so beautiful" but i was not upset either. I was fine with it, our room had nice comfy king size bed, clean room, and clean shower. There was continental breakfast served every morning - boiled eggs, bagels, bread, oat meal, cereal, some pastries, etc... It was not bad at all. We went to visit Yellowstone National Park and we were gone for almost 12-13 hrs a day. We knew we'd be spending most of out time at the park, and really all we wanted was a clean room with a clean shower.!
