Positives

- Clean, functional rooms with fridge, microwave, comfortable bed and lots of space.
- Close to the West Entrance of the park.
- Directly across the street from interesting Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center.
- Decent internet access in the lobby.
- Passable, included buffet breakfast. Try the nifty automatic pancake maker!
- Friendly, helpful staff.
- Good proximity to restaurants, groceries, etc. in town.

Negatives

- Seems almost guaranteed that you will encounter large tour bus groups at certain times of the morning, often taking over the entire space and making for a very uncomfortable breakfast.
- Might be a one-off issue: Our room's door was very difficult to work; very odd.
- Bland/ugly decor.
- Not many good warm options for breakfast (such as no eggs).
- Prices are generally high for this area for what you get. Ask for deals.
- Reservation was captured incorrectly, but staff corrected it when I caught the error (which would have resulted in extra charges).

Handy for easy access to main streets. Fine for just a stop-over or for self catering, microwaves and fridge in rooms. Staff helpful. Breakfast adequate, but nothing startling. No evening meals.

We were tired travelers and the hotel staff made our stay wonderful! They were friendly, knowledgeable and very accomidating. They told us about interesting places to see and good restaurants to eat at. It was late in the season so many stores were already closed. Our room was on the third floor and was large and spacious. We had a king size bed with a down comforter, nice linens and plush pillows. We had everything we needed with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There were two sinks, one in the bathroom and one outside the bath. The bathroom was large and a soak in the tub was great. Their breakfast had a good variety and the hot chocolate was great! We would stay here again.

Had no problems getting on the laptop to contact family in uk. this was just what we needed
quiet and restful.Being close to the entrance to west Yellowstone park was great . shopping was good and the restaurants were very nice. Highly recommend ..

Rooms were nice size and clean. Bedding was very nice with comforters. Location is just
outside the Yellowstone National Park entrance, so location is excellent. It is within
walking distance of restaurants and gift shops. Has good parkng lot plus underground
parking with elevator.

The breakfast had few selections. No fresh fruit or yogurt. No egg items. Coffee was very
weak.

Prices were a little high, but we would stay there again.
