We stayed at the Duke House B&B for the night after a friends wedding. It is situated in a great position for all the main attractions of Suffolk. Also it is an amazing price, when you think how much they charge to stay in Southwold it is worth being a little bit further out and getting a great deal!

The rooms are beautiful and very vintage in style, to be honest I wanted to to move in it was so lovely! It is a beautiful building and all rooms have their own entrance so you don't feel like you are disturbing anyone.

The couple who own the B&B are really lovely and friendly, they really make you feel at home!

The place is a real gem, and I for one will not be paying crazy Southwold prices now, and be staying here instead!

Room Tip: We had the upstairs room, it was very pretty and nice large size!

I would highly recommend this lovely B&B. Perfect hosts that welcomed us on arrival, very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. All in all a very relaxing holiday. Highly recommended. will be using again. The Duke House is excellent for people with a disability.

We have just spent a really memorable weekend at this excellent B&B. Ray and Sharon welcomed us on arrival and throughout our stay treated us more as friends than guests. The rooms are great and decorated with a real rustic charm. The house is in the countryside surrounded by fields, so very quiet. The gardens have been created in keeping with the setting with lots of wild flowers and plenty of places to hide away, relax and enjoy th surroundings. Sharon fed us with a fantastic breakfast each morning, which kept us going throughout the rest of the day. Definitely a place we will return to and somewhere not to be missed.

Sharon and Ray have made a little jewel of this B&B!
The rooms are decorated in very good taste shabby chic style and the en suite is as good with a shower, We stayed on the top floor.
The place is kept very clean, Breakfast is an excellent experience too,
Nothing is too much to ask for as the hosts, making sure you are felt welcome.
We strongly recommend this place.

I highly recommend this B & B , Me and my mum stayed here for 2 nights and was made to feel very welcome from the owners Sharon and Ray, The twin room was delightful , very clean and comfortable. They have the most idyllic garden which you can wander round. The breakfast is superb , will definitely come bach here.
