We were staying locally over Christmas and visited this pub, which was in walking distance on our first night. We had booked in advance a table of 6 which was ready on arrival. The welcome was warm and friendly. The menu was listed on a blackboard. We all had starters and mains but sadly had no room for pudding. The food was piping hot, good portions and great value. A few of us had the belly of pork, which was delicious. It was a wonderful start to our Christmas Break in Suffolk. Would recommend.
