“Fast and friendly staff”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 July 2013

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn for a week during the International Thespian Festival and enjoyed our morning breakfast with John and his breakfast staff in the Red Onion. Andrew, Amanda, Jessie, Tony, Jason, Patty, Carlos and Chris provided great food and service for our group. Friendly staff, made-to-order omelets, fresh coffee and homemade salsa (thanks Carlos) were just some of the highlights of our experience. Thanks to everyone for making our stay special.

“Lincolns Best Kept Secret”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 May 2013

We found this beautiful restaurant quite by accident. It sit's atop one of Lincoln's Hayside Market streets, and is part of the Holiday Inn. We visited during lunchtime and it wasn't busy at all. The chef greeted us with a smile and led us to a great table overlooking the Market. We asked him for some recommendations and he was more than happy to answer our questions. We had a wonderful lunch, couple of sides and drinks with a bill under 30.00. Not bad for a bistro ! Will definitely be stopping again when in Lincoln.

“Nice welcome.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 April 2013

I was here as part of a convention and was so surprised by how welcome the staff here made our party. We ate one dinner and 3 breakfasts and even with short staff at the dinner service, we were treated to perfectly cooked steaks served promptly. The breakfast buffet was missing berries(strawberries are available now) or espresso, but for $5.00 one can hardly complain when they make your omelet to order. I've had much worse for much more in Las Vegas.
