“Amazing setting”

Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival
Reviewed 1 July 2014

Even if you are not a Shakespeare fan you will enjoy this setting. Its absolutely beautiful and the play is always good. You can bring your own food (and wine) or buy food there.

This is handicap accessible, and the handicap seats are great!

I loved the whole experience! What a fun way to spend a summer evening. We had bought assigned seats and brought a bottle of wine but ordered dinner from the server. Super fun!

The colorful costumes and very funny jokes makes this venue a wonderful experience. The background is the beautiful Lake Tahoe, the setting sun over the lake is majestic. The scenes of the play keeps your attention as well as the characters in make-up. There great food and you relax and enjoy the show is the comfortable lounge chairs. Well I must stop, I get a little carried away sometimes.

We did not know what to expect when our friends suggested we go to the
Shakesperian Festival in August 2013. Boy were we delightfully surprised!
Dinner and a fantastically acted play under the stars!
A reminder: remember where you park your car because when you leave after dark everything does not look the same!

incredible setting, great actors - this is high quality and an extremely fun night that even Men like! If you think you don't like Shakespeare, you have never seen it done like this so you understand everything going on.
