Not quite sure what to think when we went, but was extremely impressed with the quality of how things were put together. It makes you feel as though you were truly inside a pyramid and seeing what this must have been like when they first opened things. Very worth seeing!

“Tut's Tomd is realistic”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 May 2013

The Luxor has King Tut's Tomb and Museum on the mezzanine floor above the main floor. It is a great experience. It is even better if you have read the book by the discoverer of the tomb. The book talks about opening the door and discovering all the marvelous treasures inside, including the golden coffin and the golden mask of King Tut. The Tomb and Museum at the Luxor gives you a realistic and wonderful idea of what it really must have been like. The Luxor's display is like many of the photographs in the book and appears to be a exact and realistic portrayal of the real thing. It was a great experience and should not be missed.

I'm not a big fan of Las Vegas. I don't gamble. I don't smoke. I don't like staying up all night. I did however enjoy staying at the Luxor and this is one of the reasons why. It really is amazing. My husband is Egyptian and he was blown away by it!

“AN EXACT REPLICA OF THE ORIGINAL”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 November 2012

This a must see if you love ancient history. No expense was spared to pay Egypt to have perfection matching the exact tomb of King Tut! If you won't go to Egypt, too dangerous now, go here!
Really unique Luxor Hotel too! It was better before they took out the royal barges for more slots & gaming space.

“Walk like an egyptian?”

If you are an archaeology buff you will enjoy the King Tut tomb exhibit, but all the stuff in it are replicas of the real thing. Still if you missed the real thing when it toured the US it is entertaining and interesting to see. YOu wouldnt know the difference if someone didnt tell you.
