I am a Silver Elite rewards member so it is not my first time making a reservation online for a Marriott hotel, far from it. When I arrived I was accused of making the wrong reservation, then accused of making the reservation through AAA, all because they did not have the room I reserved. The front desk clerk tried to blame me for making the wrong reservation, over and over again until I finally accessed the internet on my laptop right there and then and showed her the reservations options. She still did not care, would not accept responsibility and I was left with one king bed with myself and 2 teenage boys!!
The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel, carpet in the halls in disgusting, towels are worn.
Will be trying some of those Hilton Hotels now thanks to the rudeness and lack of accountability by this hotel

Room Tip: Good luck getting the room you actually reserved

We saw the photos; actually lobby area does not have much places to walk around and the free breakfast was limited to only 2 people- most of the Marriott we stay did not have that limitation especially this hotel does not have a concierge lounge.
The gentleman checked us in did not give us a upgrade even though they are not busy at all.
I called after got in the room; another person is more than willing to give us an upgrade; we were super happy to have a biggest room; hope we don't need to ask twice to get it since we are loyal Marriott families.

The check in went smoothly. The room was enjoyable and the service was great. They responded very quickly to any of our requests. We ate in the 325 Cafe and enjoyed our fresh fish dinner and spinach salad. Service was excellent. As always, Marriott is a pleasure to stay at. We didn't mind that it is a little too far, especially in the heat, to walk to Las Vegas Blvd., can easily catch a taxi if you really want to go to a casino.

Room Tip: Ask for a high level room so you can enjoy the lights of Las Vegas!

-lovely roooms, all are suites with nice lounge area. They are a little dated now and could do with a little modernisation of the decor but a great size!!
-bathroom is nice but shower is not powerful enough, an essential when staying in Las Vegas and lacking in sleep!!
-great location off the Strip for those in LV for a convention, NOT a holiday hotel, business only

This hotel has all of the amenities and comforts that you would expect from a Marriott product. Check-in was quick and seamless. The room was spacious and nicely appointed, except no in room free wifi. It is located a block or two off of The Strip and there are no slot machines which makes it nice and quiet. It is a few blocks from the Convention Center where you can catch the monorail. This makes it super convenient and no taxi is needed. Watched your closing bill because we were charged for wifi and a $3.50 bottle of water; both of which we did not use.
