“Great Resort Experience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 April 2014

This was our first time at the Encore and in most ways it exceeded our expectations. The quality of the spacious room furnishings and amenities are exceptional. The views from our 28th floor room were expansive and floor to ceiling glass makes it even more spectacular.

Many have commented on the resort fee which is very common to most Vegas hotels and appears to be an industry practice. For $25.00 a night, expect to get internet access and use of the fitness center...not much else.

I was DISAPPOINTED that neither a daily newspaper or in room coffee were provided. If you want coffee, be prepared to go downstairs to the Lobby Café and pay $4.00 for a large cup.

We had been alerted to ask for the "quiet side" of the hotel. The quiet side is not the strip...if you want that view, you must also be able to tolerate the thumping music from the poolside Club which continues long into the evening/morning hours.

Overall, this is great hotel with a very attentive staff. The public areas are beautiful and great care has been given to its upkeep, We would most definitely stay there again.

From the moment my wife and walked in, we were blown away by the genuinely friendly and helpful staff and the beauty of the grounds and resort, I didn't think it could get better but then we got to our room...... WOW, It was huge, well appointed with an awesome view. The bathroom was huge, the amenities top notch and towels so plush they would be worth stealing (but we didn't).

The casino, pools and restaurant's were all top of class for quality and service.

We will be back.

The service was good, everyone was helpful and always with a smile. The room had a great view (58th floor) and amenities were good. We didn't go to the pool. The Spa at Encore was impressive. Luxurious. Loved the whirlpool with heated lounge seats, sauna and waterfall shower. I had a deep tissue massage which was amazing. We ate at the Country Club (great outdoor view) and Andrea's (food was good but not great).

This is a very vibrant and fun hotel. Some of the best nightlife (XS) and pool parties (Encore Beach Club) are on your doorstep.

The rooms are great and have a luxurious yet fun decor, without being too tacky. Rooms are a great size with a separate living area and a huge bathroom with walk in shower.

The room service food was fantastic. The staff are really friendly too.

There are only 2 downsides. 1. It's right at the end of the strip, so it can be a bit of a trek if you want to go to other casinos. 2. It's not cheap, but that said, given the standard of accommodation it is worth it.

My husband and I just stayed here for 9 nights. This hotel and casino is absolutely beautiful, I would have to say the most fabulous place I have ever stayed in, sorry to say it beats the Bellagio. The design and decor is so over the top but it just works. We stayed in a Panoramic King Suite which was very spacious and lovely, the bed was so comfortable. Awesome Views of the strip. We were on the 38th floor which suited us just fine. Everything about this place is decadent. But I would have to say the most outstanding part of staying here was the service from the staff, across the board from the Bar staff, housekeeping , room service , restaurants, front desk. The casino is practically opposite fashion mall which was the place to go for shopping, 3 levels. The walk up the strip never bothered me as there is so much to look at. The flower carousel and the hot air balloon in the Wynn foyer was something else. My only negatives is the smoking, what a let down, there should be smoking and non smoking areas, but this is the same as all other Vegas properties , also the dealers on the tables are no where near as friendly as the rest of the hotel staff. Also the drinks are on the expensive side and the room service can add up.

Room Tip: The king panoramic room with the strip view is fantastic, but in the warmer months ask for a room on...

I signed up for the casino's player's club program, so I got a discounted room. But once you're in their system (or any other casino resort's system), you'll get discounts via email all of the time. The room was big and spacious, with a separate living area big enough to accommodate your friends or relatives if they stop by to visit awhile (or use the resort's incredibly large pool area). Loved the master control panel by the bed which allows you to open or close the drapes remotely. The mini fridge and snack bar are well stocked, but the booze and junk food cost a pretty penny. Wynn and Encore are definitely two of the best resorts on The Strip, especially with discounts! This resort is one of the few in Vegas that I would stay at again given the excellent value. The location is great, check-in quick, and the customer service top-notch.

Room Tip: Get the upgraded deluxe king suite since it's worth it!

For sheer luxury in a hotel room you can't beat the Encore at Wynn. Caesar's, Bellagio, Palazzo or the Venetian pale greatly in comparison and these are all great to stay in, in their own right.
I had stayed at the Encore two years ago and wanted to re-experience the wonderful time I remembered and was happily surprised to see that nothing has changed.
The Encore is as beautiful as ever all over and in spite of how expensive it is to stay and eat there you get what you pay for and great service, beauty and quality does not come cheaply.
My room was once again a Resort King, that had a nice view facing North to the mountains like the last time.
Again I was fortunate to be an invited guest for three nights due to my previously having played there and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The casino is small but cosy and the dealers and staff are friendly, courteous and fun. You can also walk to the Wynn through a beautiful light filled corridor full of high end stores. Having stayed at the Wynn before which is also lovely, I must state my preference for the Encore as I feel it to be less crowded and just a lot more enjoyable.
If you want a truly high end experience, this is the place to stay and it's nice to know that some things don't change.

Room Tip: I was on the 15th floor facing north-east and it was quiet and restful.
