Pietre, thank you for your review. I apologize over any challenges with cleaning your room and hope when you informed the Front Desk they were able to get everything taken care of for you. When you put your "do not disturb" sign up, housekeeping will not bother you. Sometimes what happens is a guest will remove the sign but housekeeping does not know to go back up and check the room for needed services and this can cause us to "skip" a room for a day. --Nicole Marshall firstname.lastname@example.org
My husband and I were looking for a reasonable hotel for just one night in Vegas. We were actually staying mostly in Zion, but needed a hotel for one night in Vegas before heading home. The Staybridge had easy access to the airport without getting too tangled up in the traffic of the strip. To our surprise, this hotel turned out to be very nice and clean. It doesn't have the glitz factor or a casino like the big hotels on the strip, but if you are looking for spacious rooms, cleanliness and a great deal in Vegas, look no further. The complimentary breakfast was huge and had a great variety from cold cereal and muffins to hot eggs and toast. Coffee, juice, fruit and yogurt, plus other breakfast foods were in abundance. We didn't use the pool, so I cannot speak to that perk, but the internet was free and we were able to print out our boarding passes in the hotel lobby.

Everything about this hotel was excellent - from the size and quality of the room to the tasty choices of breakfast buffet, the manager's social, and most of all the professionalism and friendly attitude of the receptionists, manager, and Jorge (who always greeted everyone with a smile and a warm hello in the breakfast area).
40yrFrequentTravler, thank you for your review. I am thrilled you had a great visit and we will ensure Jorge is recognized for his amazing service! --Nicole Marshall firstname.lastname@example.org
Fantastic place to stay in Vegas. Off strip so away from all the madness but only 5-10 mins in the free shuttle bus to the drop off point at New York New York. Very clean and modern accommodation , great pool , friendly and helpful front desk staff and an excellent free breakfast.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, TheGeorges2003. I am glad you had a great stay and enjoyed the pool. One of the best benefits of the pool is that we are open until midnight when most of the Strip pools close at 7pm. --Nicole Marshall email@example.com
Staybridge Las Vegas was a great recommendation--thank you TripAdvisor commenters! The place is clean, spacious, easy to access/park. Really nice rooms, great value for the cost. Excellent hospitality at this hotel--a really good hotel breakfast (standard items like eggs, bacon, oatmeal, all fine, plus yogurts, fruit, cereals, bagels, coffee, all well stocked). Also, evening hospitality Monday through Thursday--we enjoyed bratwursts and salads one night, chicken quesadillas the next. Great pool. Helpful staff (the food staff for breakfast and dinner was great). No objections here--lots to like at this place, and dollar for dollar, you can't possibly do better than this when visiting Las Vegas. Very close to all major attractions and shopping. Will definitely return if we are ever visiting the area again.
Thank you for your review, first_base_coach. So excited you found us on TripAdvisor and we were able to exceed your expectations. We hope to see you again, soon! --Nicole Marshall firstname.lastname@example.org
We spent two nights at Staybridge Suites. We reserved a King Studio, but I believe they upgraded us to a King One Bedroom. Complementary breakfast every morning was much appreciated. If you sign-up in advance, they also offer a free shuttle at the top of the hour to the New York, New York casino on the Strip. They offered free shuttles to the airport at half past the hour.
We tried walking to the Strip at first. It was a long walk when we reached the middle of the Strip and we were very tired by the end of the day. They do offer shuttle service from NYNY casino back to the hotel at about 10 - 15 minutes past the hour. All you need to do is call the hotel in advance. Since we were so tired by days end and didn't want to wait, we took a taxi back to Staybridge. The taxi cost about $8 - 9.
We loved our room, with a nice balcony and full kitchen with cooking and serving utensils. We didn't use the kitchen as we planned on eating out, and couldn't locate any grocery stores anywhere around the Strip. You should bring your own food if you plan on cooking.
The inconvenient distance from the Strip is why I didn't give them five stars. We also utilized their combination washer/dryer and it ruined some of our clothes. There were no instructions we could find on its use.
We found a less expensive place to stay near the middle of the Strip, The Signature at MGM Grand is a little older than Staybridge Suites, but you can easily walk to the middle of the Strip, they offer free valet parking, and they also have a kitchenette. Tower 2 has a deli that provides inexpensive and delicious gourmet breakfasts.
Mike H, thank you for your review. I would always recommend taking the shuttle over walking. In Vegas, everything is a bit farther than it seems! There is a Whole Foods about one mile from our property in Town Square. I recommend stopping in there to any of our guests who want to take advantage of their kitchen. I do apologize over any challenges with the washer and dryer. There are instructions on the inside of the laundry door and I apologize if those were missed. As they are stackable, they are a bit smaller than the ones you may have at home. As always, please know you can call the Front Desk anytime for assistance. --Nicole Marshall email@example.com
