“Good Marriott choice in LV”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 August 2011

This property is going on 3 years old, in excellent shape. Rooms clean and comfortable, nicely sized. A huge expansive lobby with the best breakfast I've seen yet for the SH brand. Located across from the LV Hilton and in back of the Riviera. I chose this property as opposed to the full service Marriott across the street due to the luke warm comments appearing here in TA. Free parking also a plus. Small full sized bar, no slot machines. Good choice for both the business traveler and tourist.

This is a good business style hotel that also caters to tourists because of it's location close to the strip. Mind you it's a long walk though. But if you have a car you won't have a problem because you can drive to the strip and park for free at one of the casinos. The rooms are "junior suite" style with a sitting area, a desk and a large bed. Everything is clean and as a lot of people here have mentioned, staff is very friendly and helpful, immediately providing us with a map of the strip and a magazine with useful information as well us answering all our questions. There is a free on site parking garage. My only small issue is was with the opening hours of breakfast. This is Vegas, so do people actually eat breakfast before 9.00? I suppose it's because it's a business hotel, but being tourists, we were out until about 3AM, so we never made it to breakfast.
There is also a decent (and surprisingly chilly) rooftop pool that gets some strip views, as do some of the higher level rooms. We were on level 24 and had partial strip views. All in all, after walking the strip at night we were happy to be able to come back to a hotel that didn't have a casino (not even a single slot machine) to rest and relax. Good choice in Las Vegas.

Room Tip: The higher levels have nice views

For a select service hotel, you get a lot. Staff is friendly and eager to help. Property is modern, and swanky when it comes to design.

This one of the largest Spring Hill I have seen. People are nice and rooms are you'd expect with Spring Hill. However, due to its size breakfast is loud and very busy. Not too far from the Strip.

I booked this hotel online in advance for our family vacations in Las Vegas. Price was great. The hotel is right in front of the Hilton on a quiet road two blocks away from the strip. The hotel was really nice, rooms were very clean & well designed. Friendly people all over from reception to kitchen ladies. This is a family hotel, not one of those casino/Hotels that can be found on the strip. Breakfast was really nice too. I was VERY pleased with the whole experience. I definitely recommend it if your going with your family.

I can't give an excellent but a very good. I felt safe. Maybe the hotel just feels like it needs a facelift. It's busy. The garage is nice because you don't have to valet park. I like that!

My wife and our two children(three years old and 1 year old) stayed here a few months back. Not hard to find. Very quiet, and surprisingly very upscale looking for only being rated a three star hotel. Definitely worth the money. The breakfast was very good. A lot of choices of hot and cold items. The pool on the top of the hotel is great and has a nice view. The rooms are very large and spacious. The staff was very nice. Nothing bad to say about this Marriott
