Stayed at the facility for a week. Lovely spacious rooms, healthy breakfast, polite and helpful staff. Decent restaurant on site. Complimentary shuttle to fashion mall. No gambling, Close to convention centre. Great stayMore
This place is great and exceeded expectations. Room was large and very new. Pool on the roof was nice. Location was excellent. Shuttle runs to Fashion Show Mall every half hour from 10 to 10, but a cab ride is only about $10. I highly recommend this hotel if you decide to stay off the strip

Clean and nice big rooms, free parking, convenient location and walking distance to the strip. Great option for staying in Las Vegas as a business traveler. Not too many restaurant or shopping close by but it's easy to get around using the monorail which just one block from hotel at the convention center.

Recently stayed in this location for business, and was very happy with the service received. "AJ" was present upon my arrival and made the check in process a true joy. She followed Marriott's values to a T... Was happy,smiling, upbeat!!! Was a true joy to see such a lovely personality at the front desk. She assured me that she would be available for any questions through out my stay! I felt welcome and wanted. The facility was very clean and smelled great! The breakfast bar was well stocked and tasted great! Thanks for an enjoyable stay!!

We took almost six weeks to pick our hotel for our two week stay in Las Vegas and in the end chose the Springhill Suites. One of the reason we chose it is because we did not want to stay in a busy casino hotel. We had a couple of questions before we arrived and I emailed the hotel and received very prompt replies from the general manager David and he was able to answer all of our questions which I was very impressed with. On arrival check inn was very quick and everything was explained to us. Our room on the 22nd floor was a great size with two queen beds and also a sitting room area also we has a microwave, fridge and coffee machine the room also had free WiFi. Included in the cost w a buffet breakfast each day which was a welcome extra but it did get busy between 8 - 9. The hotel is off the strip but there was a shuttle bus every 30 mins that drops you off at the Fashion Mall on the strip and also picks up from there for the return trip. We also used the local bus and the monorail to get to the Strip. The hotel restaurant also had happy hour between 4 - 6 where food was half price we had dinner here three times and it was excellent and the staff were very friendly. We very impressed with all apects of our stay and glad we chose the hotel. If you want a family hotel away from the strip with no resort charges with great size rooms take a look here

We stayed here in July for two nights. We are a family of 5, with 3 children under 11.
The property is well maintained, clean and the staff are friendly.
Rooms are spacious, nicely appointed, very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good with enough choices and not too much of a crowd or waiting in queues.
There is no casino at this hotel, one of the few you'll come across in Vegas, which means its quiet.
The strip is a block away and the mono rail across the road.
For the price, this is a really nice hotel to stay at.
