“Central Location, Could use a little updating”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 31 January 2014

The hotel is right in the middle of the strip and can get to most places pretty quickly. If you are lucky you can get a room looking at the bellagio and see the fountains, we werent lucky enough to get one. The room was large which was nice and the bed was really comfortable. I guess the decor is going for Provence, France, but it seemed a little dated.

The best part of the room was the large bathroom, their was a large soaking tub as well as a large shower which was nice. The hotel was also very quiet, I was concerned never having been to Vegas before and at night we couldnt hear anything in our room.

We were given a room facing the Eiffel Tower and Bellagio fountains. Absolutely fabulous!
- The hotel "lobby" (not including the casino portion) was interesting with the streets-of-Paris feel with the shops and cafes. Loved the Le Café Ile St. Louis for breakfast (it's across from the turn to the elevators). And stay out of the bakery if you've got sugar problems or are trying to lose weight - everything was so tempting!
- The casino area was, well, a casino. We're not gamblers so that part didn't matter to us.
- The Eiffel Tower itself is fun to see. Take the ride up at night so you will have a great view of the lights from the top.
- Our room was quite nice - clean, comfortable, roomy. The only thing that would have made it better would have been having a small refrigerator.
And remember - this is Las Vegas, it's a tourist town, so you will be paying tourist prices for everything.

Stayed in the Red Room for 2 nights in January.
Pros: Great Location
Lovely shop walkways
Slots paid out better than some of the newer casinos
Order room service! The biggest Clubhouse sandwich I ever seen in my life..they give you lots!
Cons: Rooms are looking old
Casino lacked exciting bonus and/or progressive slots at penny machines.

Overall...Flamingo a few doors down is better.

Room Tip: I think you need to upgrade considerably higher to get a room here equivalent to the lower end rooms...

Booked this hotel through our association for a truly good rate and was a little skeptical. Had read some reviews. We were so pleased with the check in and the location of our room and how quite our stay was. The room was pretty good size and the bathroom had a full shower and a bath tub. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The French decor is carried off beautifully.

Room Tip: End of the hall next to stairs. Two rooms accessed from a small vestibule . Really quiet

Having stayed at many CET properties in Las Vegas over the last couple of years I have found my favorite. The front desk staff was very fast and friendly. We were put into a room on the 11th floor overlooking the pool and the Eiffel Tower. The room was a good size and very clean. The bed wasn't the best I have slept in but it was okay.I loved that it had a safe and refrigerator which many Vegas rooms do not offer. It was very strange though that the fridge was in the TV cabinet and the TV was over the desk. This made it hard to see from the bed. The bathroom was awesome with a separate tub and shower stall. There was lots of counter space and a decent blow dryer and all of the toiletries that one would need. The casino had lots of open blackjack tables and there was a good mix of older and new slot machines. The location is also excellent within walking distance of many must see casinos. If only my luck had been better I might never have left.

Still a nice hotel if not as sleek and new as others. The Paris theme is not overdone and adds some calm and atmosphere to the experience. Both the coffee and the bakery are outstanding and the cafe is a good moderately-price option for lunch. We intended to buy the tram passes but the hotel is so centrally located that we didn't bother. Rooms are fine, bathroom relatively large and clean. My only complaint is that the pillows are too firm to squish down and are an odd shape.

Hotels in Las Vegas Strip are generally spectacular. Paris Las Vegas Hotel, is a good hotel in the middle of all the action in this area; it is across from the Bellagio, and adjacent to Planet Hollywood Hotel, it has a direct indoor connection to Bally's and from there to the monorail station. Casino, is pleasant, not as big as other casinos in larger hotels. The Buffet offered good quality food, not so much variety, but I found it good. Not many eating options in the premises, although many available around the hotel. Our room was very clean and tidy, furniture according to the theme (France,) was comfortable. A noticeable flaw is check-in and check-out services, it is SLOW. Lines can get long, and there are only 2 or 3 people attending all guests coming in and out, the employee checking us in was efficient, not friendly, but this factor was not a problem for me, as I got my room on time and according to what I requested. There is a Hertz car rental counter, which was very convenient. Parking lot is large and convenient. In general, I believe that it is a very good hotel, with good fares (compared to similar hotels.) I would go back.
