We stayed 3 nights in the mandarin oriental and were very impressed from the moment we were greeted by staff as we got out of our car.
A divine view of the strip in the foyer on the 23rd floor, way to make a lasting first impression!
Friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile! Beautiful room, spectacular bar, food and service!
We've stayed at the bellagio multiple times in the past and this stay was just exquisite and much more personalized. Great location! Would definitely come back!

From the time you pull up outside you are made to feel special. This immaculate high tech hotel has it all. Away from the maddening crowd, a great lounge with beautiful views and a wonderful staff. They keep the good tables by the window for their guests. The rooms are gorgeous and the turn down extra special. Amenities abound. Can't believe the value as well.
Check in was a little over the top with questions about where we were from , been, dined etc. But easily one of the very best ever!,

Room Tip: No need to spend a fortune it's all good from the standard on up.

Amazing. Gorgeous room with view of the strip. Wonderful amenities and totally private.

Pool wonderful for all day relaxing with regular drinks and tasters. Does get very windy!!!

Great breakfast!!!

Great for the break at the end of a road trip as we did.

2nd time staying here. This is such a break from the mayhem of Las Vegas. Quiet, great location (you can walk most anywhere on the strip... should you want to) The rooms are perfect. The staff is caring. The pool is fantastic. And the spa is among the best anywhere (Jese was particularly great!)

Will be hard to stay anywhere else in Vegas again...

Room Tip: The strip view rooms cost more, but I looked out at the pool and was perfectly happy

I travel to Las Vegas monthly for work and have been looking forward to staying here for quite a long time. Being a fan of Mandarin's, I had high hopes for a refuge at night from the Vegas craziness but found the suites with the "sought after" strip view to be obnoxiously noisy outside. Beyond the thumping music until 4am, the suite floorplans were oddly shaped with limiting architecture and storage, even for two people with four days of clothing. And, despite what the website says, the suites do *not* accommodate three people, unless you are not concerned with privacy or comfort.

On the positive side, the Bell Desk really saved the day. Dean actually *listened* to us and altered the room to accommodate our needs, after the front desk gave away our two rooms before we were completely checked in.

The restaurant and pool service struggled with orders and timeliness even at half capacity. And, although the valet actually costs $30 per night (What? A Las Vegas hotel valet charge???), they were scarce and slow to retrieve our car.

All in all, I know that there are better non-casino, luxury hotels in Las Vegas. It's sad that this MO does not measure up to others.

Room Tip: Choose poolside or "city view" for a quieter room.

We thank you for your feedback on your stay with Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas. Our hotel prides itself on being a Zen-like retreat although we are on Las Vegas Strip. Our service is designed to be timely and efficient, and we look to always exceed our guest’s expectations, we are sorry that you were not provided with this experience. We have sent you a private message in hopes to speak with you further regarding these issues.
