We were in Vegas for a gathering and we had 7 rooms in total with our party. I stayed in a hospitality suite. The suite was amazing, spacious and very well appointed. It would be easy for a family of four, or in our case the meeting rm for our party. The room was clean and the bedding was VERY comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and polite and very accommodating to our requests. It's slightly off strip but not far at all and well within walking distance to all major attractions.
I would HIGHLY recommend this place.

Really enjoyed this hotel. It is connected to the strip through Bellagio and Aria hotels. It is no smoking and no casino hotel. It has a much more family feel to it and the rooms all have a second part to the room with a pull out sofa sleeping a family of 4 very comfortably. The cafe in the lobby is well stocked for breakfast and snacks.

We loved this hotel because it has a great location (very central and easy to access the Strip), but the fact that it was behind the strip and a non-gaming hotel meant that it was much less busy than the other hotels - great to escape back to after an evening out.

The rooms were lovely - exceptionally clean, very spacious, nicely decorated. We loved the fact that the whole hotel is non-smoking. We paid extra for a room with a good view and this was worth it because our room looked over the Bellagio fountains.

There were only two negatives - we couldn't use the swimming pool while we were there because it had to be closed due to the wind (not the hotel's fault obviously) and the service at the bar was a bit slow - I think a hotel of that size should really have a bigger bar with more staff.

However, these were only very slight negatives and we are glad we stayed at the Vdara. This was definitely evident when we visited some of the other hotels we had previously been considering - the Vdara was much nicer!

On our very first trip to Vegas we choose to sat at the Vdara in room 52006 WHAT A VIEW , from the VIP checkin (yes its worth the $50 extra) and for the rest of our stay the staff were excellent , as an example during the checkin process we spoke to Head Concierge Hakan Kalinov ,that we would like to see a show called " Love " , he was on the phone instantly , requesting seats between certain rows (he obviously new what rows to ask for ) , checked that we were happy with the price of the tickets , and a couple of moments later placed the tickets in my hand , have never experiences service like this before . Also a BIG THANKYOU to Juan Garcia who's service level was exceptional especially under busy Memorial Day weekend conditions . WE WOULD NOT STAY ANY WHERE ELSE WE LOVED THE VDARA

Room Tip: Pay the extra and book a corner suite , and we thought the VIP checkin was worth it .

Without a casino, but in a great location, Vdara makes a nice stay for the non-smoker who wants to avoid the hoopla. The rooms are spacious with large, luxurious baths and great views. It's an easy walk to great restaurants at Aria or Cosmopolitan. I also love that you are not nickeled and dimed here - valet is free, as in Internet. All in all, a very pleasant stay.
