Stayed here for 2 nights. Booked 2 suites. Check in was not great. Clerk had an attitude problem. Appeared not to know about the upgrade I was offered by email. Even after showing him proof of the same on my cell phone, all he could say was 'that's strange'. He did not apologize for this lapse.
In retrospect, the extra cost for the upgraded suite was useless. It had a similar view as my 2nd regular suite, and did not offer any added amenities.
Be aware that there is no self parking option. It is an inconvenience to wait for your car, and tip for this unneeded service several times a day. The valets themselves were pleasant.
Rooms are high tech, and very attractive. Air conditioning was poor. We could not get a cool enough temperature in both our suites. Shower pressure was poor. Upside was the plentiful and clean high quality towels.
Probably the best Vegas resort that we have stayed at. I would advise better training of check-in staff. Cannot go wrong if you get a discounted price. While the customer service was not excellent, it is similar to the general service present at other Vegas resorts........which is to say less than stellar. I can only recall the check-in at Mandalay Bay to be great. More
