Second stay here and was just as nice as the first. Very nice room, extremely friendly staff. Beautiful hotel and casino. You actually get fast drink service on the casino floor (great Bloody Mary's). Easy in and out parking (but you do have to pay for parking, probably only negative). Great pools.Make sure you get an Identity Card, best perks in Vegas. Give this place the highest of recommendations.

We stayed here recently in a Terrace Suite which had the most unimaginable view of the strip from the private terrace, and from the bed! The suite was pure luxury and included a jacuzzi bath.

The staff here we always busy but always helpful, and everything seemed to run smoothly.

The buffet breakfast is a must. Particularly the steak and prawns (yes for breakfast!). Secret Pizza is also well worth a visit ... if you can find it!

Ok, we all know The Cosmo is beautiful, stylish, swanky, the pool is fun and there are some amazing places to eat. HOWEVER, what The Cosmo had done to cement loyalty from me is the absolute world class service they provide every single time I travel to Las Vegas.

When we arrived Thursday around midnight, there was a little bit of a wait to check in (being a frequent traveler, I always have my ID and credit ready...it seemed like the guests ahead of me in line were trying to haggle their way into free upgrades and holding up the line). When it was my turn to check in, I had everything ready for the front desk agent, and he ended up upgrading me to a Terrace Suite with a Fountain View (originally reserved a one bedroom suite with fountain view). He didn't have to do this, but it was just one of the awesome examples of service found throughout the hotel.

The art in the hotel is amazing to walk through and look at for an hour or so. Dining is also top notch here (Scott Conant, Chris Santos and Jose Andres all have restaurants here). The pools are amazing, although I'm 34 and hubby is 38, so we opted for The Boulevard pool as opposed to the spring break-ish Bamboo Pool full of dudes en masse and lots of "you can't sit with us girls". The vibe is fun; were just a little out of that age range so opted for The Boulevard pool.

It costs a few extra pennies to stay here, but you can always get a good deal if you book a package of air and hotel together. It's worth it - this place delivers a knockout punch that keeps us coming back time after time.

We stayed at the cosmo for two nights in June and it cost us £329.92 + resort tax for two nights. We booked a Terrace Studio with Fountain View on the 40th floor and it was amazing. Check in took about an hour and we arrived right on 3pm so be prepared for a long wait – get a drink while you wait. We were in the Chelsea tower. Like with pretty much every other hotel on the strip the mini fridge in the room was weighted and as soon as you take something out or put something in you are charged – I’m surprised at several shocked reviews on here about that! You can ask for a separate fridge to be put in your room – if you ask nicely, do the $20 sandwich or upgrade at check in then I would definitely ask for a fridge to be included in your room rate. A beer in the mini fringe cost $7.89 including tax which to be honest is quite good for vegas. The door was quite heavy to open but kept the hallway noise out. The room had a separate room with a loo and the shower was great. The bed was very comfortable! You can login to your netflicks account on the telly as well. The only thing that would make the room better would If it had electronic curtains like at a similar high-end hotel (that is named after Venice). The pools full up very fast I must admit and aren’t us big as another hotel on the strip – MGM. We didn’t try the buffet but there were plenty of restaurants to eat at.

This was not our first trip to the Cosmo, and it won't be our last. Check in was very easy. We were supposed to have a 1 bedroom studio with a fountain view, but they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite. The room was clean, up to date, and felt new. Having a microwave and regular refrigerator was great, even though part of it was a mini bar. The balcony was spacious with an incredible view of the fountains. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The chandelier bar is gorgeous and a must see, even if you're not staying in the hotel.
