I went there to sell some of my good quality fall clothes, and shoes. Well, I was completely turned down, I did not know they were looking for specific designer items, a fall wool sweather, and leather shoes are not good enough for them, oh no, these people are looking for teenage or college age clothes, nothing else, I've seen their clothes on those racks, just a bunch of dirty junior sized jeans, and dirty extra small old t-shirts. I got a little dissapointed. I came home looked them up online, and looked up the reviews, and there are a lot of dissapointed people who have posted, with the same story, the management, and staff are rude and arrogant (don't know anything about trends) they should really work at Micky D's, and don't really think of what you think of them, or that you are dissapointed.
I called the store, in LV, spoke to a little girl (manager) I asked her if she reads the negative comments about her store, she said we focus on the good comments. OKaaaay, her sales person also told me they cater to the UNLV crowd, I told the mgr. no where in the store does it say that they cater, and they purchase stuff for the UNLV crowd, instead of someone who'se looking for good warm clothes, at good prices.
My complaining didn't make any difference to the little manager or the little shop girl. They are narrow minded, one sided, and will continue to buy what they think is trendy.
