“Website Problems”
Reviewed 23 September 2013

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel and always stay there. I'm trying to book my reservations on-line because it's cheaper and they are offering a 20 percent discount if you book on-line. HOWEVER, when you try to book on-line and enter all your info, including credit card info, it returns an error message. I have called the Tuscany 3 times trying to straighten this out. First they said they were updating their website, then they said it might be my credit card, so I checked that. Now they are saying that these rooms at 20 percent off are not available that's why I'm getting the error message BUT THERE ARE ROOMS available and they won't offer the discount. This is not last minute, my trip is 7 months away and I feel like the Tuscany is giving me the run around. Looks like I'm going to have to find a new favorite hotel in Vegas.

When I booked my room at the Tuscany online for the first time I didn't expect much. The price was right and it was a place to stay. The Tusacny has more than exceeded my expectations! It is better than staying on the strip in so many ways. The rooms are huge compared to other hotels and is beautifully furnished, has a half kitchenette, cable tv, flat screen tv, comfy beds, very clean, sitting area, separate bathtub and shower, and much more. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. Marilyn's cafe has amazing service and the food is awesome. The casino is clean, well managed and has everything you could want. There is so much more to experience here. The pool is fantastic and well maintained. If you want great value, a comfotable stay and to be close to strip...check out the Tuscany...you won't be disappointed!

If you don't want to stay on the strip with all the hassle of parking your car, then dragging your cases through a busy casino and then queueing to check in, then this is the place for you.
The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the Caesar's palace on the strip, but you would not know it as the resort rooms, two storey only, in several blocks, are so quiet. You can also park your car almost outside your room.
It has a small casino, with friendly staff, and the bar prices are about a half of the prices you find on the strip hotels.
Two negatives, 1) you have to pay 13.99 per day for WiFi in the room, total ripoff !!!! 2) You encounter a lot of rough sleepers on your walk to the strip, though they are non threatening. In all honesty it seems there are numerous rough sleepers, begging all over Vegas nowadays on the strip and all surrounding areas.
All in all this hotel is a great place to stay in Las Vegas, and if I come again I would definitely stay here.

Tuscany suites was recommended to us and we were not disappointed , the whole resort was kept very clean, the rooms were large and beds very comfortable, with the bathroom having both a separate shower and bath. The pool area was nice, although pool was quite shallow, and the casino bars and other resort bars good. All staff were friendly and helpful.
It was only a short walk to the strip, and if you walked via Bally's you were in an air conditioned environment for most of the walk to the strip
If you are visiting vegas and want good value accommodation then you will not go wrong with choosing the Tuscany Suites & Casino

Basically the Tuscany provides everything you want to find in a hotel. It's clean, pretty well maintained and for us (who did not want to hit the busy strip) perfectly located.
The large rooms are equipped with anything you might need: comfortable beds, a seating area, a refrigerator, a microwave, even some kind of kitchenette. Just the TV could have been an inch bigger ;)
We had a bath with a separate shower and plenty of space!
Another big plus is the convenient parking situation. You can easily find a stall close to your room.

Unfortunate I need to mention two negative points which tempered my positive impression:
1. There is a quite high charge for using the wifi in your room. That's outdated! Especially considering the mandatory resort fee. The wifi should be included in the fee.
2. Arriving the Labor Day weekend we had been misinformed about the rates. The difference between what was told us and what we had to pay was approx 100 $. For just staying two nights that's quite an amount. Even though the staff was friendly it couldn't make it up!

Stayed at Tuscany Suites & Casino and was very impressed. The grounds, rooms & pool are well kept and check in was fast & easy.

This was our first time to LV and found Tuscany Suites to be away from the hussel & bussel but close enough to walk to the main strip (or a short taxi ride if partied to hard the night before).

The Tuscany casino appeared outdated but has a choice for all. We ended up at the craps table one night having a great time. This was our first time & the dealers we amazing teachers.

The restaurants (Mexican, American) weren't bad & I found the Mexican restaurant more appealing, but the American open 24hrs, perfect for those late nights.

One downside was my wifes phone was smashed in our room when we went swimming in the morning as it was left charging in the room. We believe house keeping damaged the phone when making up tge room. It basically came down to our word vs house keeping as they denied damaging the phone. Still waiting the out come of managements inquiry.

Apart from the damaged phone was an enjoyable stay & would return in the future.

This past Sunday evening we were unable to catch a flight from Atlanta to SLC and had to fly into Las Vegas where we spent the night. While we were inflight our daughter found us a room at Tuscany Suites & Casino. The room was dated but very clean and roomy.

Our daughter paid the price she was quoted for the room ($67.20) with her credit card. When we arrived at the hotel, we were charged an additional $100 bond plus another $15.68 fee. We have NEVER been charged a bond and we've traveled world-wide. Only in L.V.! The bond is supposed to go back on our credit card but there was no disputing the $15.68 fee with customer service.

In the last year we have stayed at three different hotels in Las Vegas and have never been charged a bond of any type, nor have there ever been any "hidden fees". We won't be staying at Tuscany Suites anytime in the future, and will certainly warn our family and friends.
