Look -- if you're getting a lobster roll in a fast-food-ish strip center in Vegas, your main goal is to avoid food poisoning. It wasn't the greatest that I have ever had, but it wasn't the worst either. Prices were appropriate for what you get (mid-$20s for a full lobster roll is about right), the lobster meat was plentiful (though it tasted like it had been dropped straight from the freezer into boiling water, and the roll was pretty good. More importantly, it did not make me sick. Also -- the bread was fairly tasty.
