We spent 4 days at the location on the strip and then moved here for our last night. I wish we would have been here the whole time. The property has obviously been renovated and while not as large as the strip property, it is nicer. Located a few blocks off of the strip, this property would be extremely convenient for anyone attending an event at the Convention Center. While we did not see the pool during the day, it looked lovely at night and the surrounding area was tropical and very clean. The room was small as I booked a studio (got a great deal on line at a paid-in-advance rate of $60!) but it still had a nice little kitchen area and sofa. The bedding, as usual, was very comfortable and the decor was new and nice. The only small complaint was that the check in clerk told us we had a view of the golf course and while the view of the strip was ok, it was most definitely NOT a golf course. Our wake up call came right on time and our check out clerk at the God awful hour of 4:00am was a peach. Self parking was free and very convenient.

This was the nicest place we stayed while in Vegas. We had a one bedroom suite which was really nice after running all day. There were two tvs with a large selection of channels. The kitchen allowed for cooking in or bringing leftovers back to enjoy later. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which allowed for me to do a load of clothes which made it nicer when I returned home. The quiet location with the amenities and no resort fees makes this a great choice to stay while in Vegas.

One night at this time share hotel, overall a good stay and I wouldnt hesitate to return.
The place is new, the room (a mini suite) was very comfortable. Like another HGV location I stayed at, the bedding and furnishings, while absolutely fine, were not the same quality youd get at a Hilton Hotel, so just be aware for your inner prince/princess.

This property is a non casino and is smoke free, very family friendly apparently as there were all sorts of game rooms and amenities for families. I heard the little one in the adjacent room a few times as well (sound insulation is not the best but wasnt a big problem for me). The biggest draw back of this property is that its pretty far from the strip though you can go to second tier casino next door (the original Las Vegas Hilton) or hop the monorail. the heart of the strip is a few miles away however so its best to have a car or be prepared to go by taxi, bus etc.

We found this hotel on hotels.com, stayed 1 night for total of $79. We had a suite consisting of kitchen, dining, living room area, large master bedroom, master bath and a jacuzzi tub room. Suite was well appointed and up-to-date, including furniture, accessories, tvs, linens. Also included a washer dryer, with laundry detergent.
Includes nice amenities, free parking, and free Wi-Fi. We considered this a great deal for us.

Room Tip: Convenient downtown location, short few blocks from the strip.

We stayed this hotel for 4 nights. We booked a 1 bedroom (the regular).

This room was a little small, with high raised ceilings. It was clean, and very presentable. The bed was very comfy. We had tons of pillows of various sizes, that suits the sleeper! The only downer was that while taking shower after 8 to 10 mins, there was reduced hot-water. This posed a problem, given the fact that I enjoy long showers.

We spoke to the manger after 1.5 days, to see how this was happening. At first they sent a plumber to fix it. He came in within 30 mins. However, he left behind a note with two beautiful candies (Belgian chocolate) sticks saying we are working on the problem.

The next day morning, the shower posed the same problem. I spoke to the manager - Bill, who was very understanding and courteous. He said that he will switch us right away to a better room, and profusely apologized.

Here's why I give this stay an "excellent" - Bill moved us to a large Suite in the same floor. He even offered us a bottle of wine, to extend his enthusiasm and to make sure we were taken care off.

Excellent customer service! The latter room was superb (came with a jacuzzi as well)! I will certainly return to this off-strip, non casino, customer-centric hotel.

Here's to the management - Clone Bill!

Why would I stay there again when in Vegas? Two words - NO CASINO!!!!!!!!!!!! We got so sick and tired of this town drowning in its disgusting smoky casinos, any place like this is a breath of fresh air, LITERALLY. Good service, nicely designed rooms, the only complaint is the bathroom was tiny, and the shower itself was too small also. Other than that, the quality of the material, the interior design, beds, everything was worth it.

Stayed here from 10/29 - 11/1 while attending the SEMA show. I have never before experienced this level of treatment from a hotel - everything was purely amazing.

The property is bright, modern and clean, with luxurious decor and a welcoming ambiance. From the moment you step in the front door, the staff greets you with a smile and personalized welcome. This continues each and every time you return, regardless of the time of day.

The room I stayed in was a one-bedroom suite, which rivaled the most elite places I've stayed in the past. In-room washer and dryer, full-size kitchen, dining area, living area, jacuzzi tub, huge windows and built-in HVAC - it had it all.

Decor was modern and high-end (marble, granite, etc) and wouldn't for a moment feel out of place in the Trump, Bellagio or other uber-high-end hotels on the strip.

Location was perfect for the convention center. Don't feel like walking all the way? The monorail station at the neighboring Las Vegas Hotel (LVH) is a five-minute walk, and will drop you off right in the middle of the convention center's property.

As well, the monorail services the strip end-to-end, and provides a great way to access all of the dining and entertainment options available without taking a cab or walking.

There's a deli in the hotel that's operated until 10pm most nights, and is stocked with fresh salads, sandwiches, sundries, alcohol, and anything else you might need.

Fantastic and quiet first-floor guest lounge with free WiFi, large TVs and plenty of outlets for getting work done in a different space.

No smoking, no casino, no downsides. Really, I would stay here every time I'm in Vegas. It was just that great.

Room Tip: Every room seemed great.
