I have just returned from a one week stay. We have been to this resort before, but, will probably not go back.
Although we found the building we were in very quiet, a chair at the pool was not to be found. Oh, there was a lot of chairs... with towels on them, but it appeared they were not being used. Many people reserve chairs at all the pools at this resort then chair-hop all day.I witnessed this several times. Sun chasers. Because of the way the resort is built around the pool only small areas get the sun for a short time.
The unit we were in was at the end of a long hall. Quite a walk to the elevators, but, very quiet, until the people upstairs from us decided to use their whirlpool tub at 3 am. I think it must have been right above our bed! Perhaps a ' Timing Note" could be added somewhere in the users manual on being curtious to others.
Check in was very quick. We arrived very early in the morning but they did have our room ready so allowed us to check in then.
The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was very well furnished with newer furniture and a very well thought out kitchen. Full-sized fridge, stove, microwave. All the dishes needed to prepare a full meal or light snack.
The resort is located just off the strip near the MGM. We did not use the shuttle. Car rentals, in Vegas, right now are not expensive. We enjoy day trips so having our own car was much more convenient.
We will probably return to Vegas but, will try to trade into a different resort.

We had a very nice week long stay. It is a quiet and clean resort. The pool is nice and calm. Although, there was an issue of lack of sun chairs. The cafe was really yummy and fast.

The location is off the strip. But it is a short walk to MGM, which has the monorail station.

The wheelchair accessibility is great! My hubby had no problems getting around.

I was not a fan of the shuttle service. Sometimes we would have to wait a while for a shuttle. And once it literally pulled up...tapped it's brakes and left. Which means we had to wait for another to come.

Other than those couple of issues, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Went for a week and was so turned off left a day early. Check in was great and the 1 bedroom we had was average, could not compare it to some of their other properites like the one at Bonnett Creek in Orlando or National Harbour in Washington. Had a 1 bedroom lockoff which was awful, you could hear everything next door through the adjoining door between the two units. Halfway through the trip asked to be moved as the new occupants next door decided that they wanted to hear their heavy metal music LOUD and even when they turned it lower my husband could still play an air guitar. Was told my front desk that it costs the company money to do this, finally after a lengthy and upsetting situation we moved to another room in another building. Did not like the location as we were adviced not to walk back to the hotel at night since it was too dangerous and the shuttle was a joke. One night we waiting 45 minutes for it at Harrahs. We rented a car and then did a lot of side trips and stayed out and only ended up using the hotel to sleep. A same since the hotel had a lot off good amenities except you had to pay for the internet, a joke. If one was to come down to Las Vegas for only the night life I would definately stay on the strip and my choice would be Bellagio, worth it if you are only going to do it once in your life.

Someone just cancelled and we snatched up the last 4 bedroom presidential (I think they only have 4 of these rooms).

It was room 1571 (right near the elevator) in Tower 2 (main front desk tower)

I love the presidentials because the bedding is like a nice hotel. This place was huge. We had 8 adults, 2 children and 2 infants and we had plenty of space.

It is 2 master bedrooms with a king bed and bathroom. And 2 other rooms with 2 double beds in each. And 2 outside bathrooms. So in total 2 king beds, 4 doubles and 4 bathrooms.

It has a huge dining table and leather sofas.

Unfortunately we had a room overlooking the pool. So we didn't get the nice view of the strip but that's okay. It was such a great time. We loved it so much.

We've stayed at this Wyndham location multiple times over the past few years. If you have the points I would definitely try to snatch up a 4 bedroom presidential.

Great if you have kids because of the full kitchen. We can store milk in the fridge and wash bottles.

Spent one week at the resort from 2/27/10 to 3/6/10. First time staying here although I have owned a timeshare at this resort for some time. Arrived early but was not able to check in. Was able to leave bags and journey out to get a bit to eat. The Ellis Island Casino down the street has very good food and is more of a locals casino but great to gamble at. We asked to be called when the room was ready but when we got back we were able to get our keys and go up to the room. Room was very nice with a view of the pool area. The pools ( there are three all together and four hot tubs ). Only complaint was that the hot tubs were closed in the main area at 9:00 PM but the other building ( Bldg. 3 ) was open very late.

Other than no casino on site ( did have a small lounge with slots machines ) which was actually nice, we very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit. The walk to the strip was about 15 minutes but we used the shuttle to Harrah's which was great.
