What a nice property. It is away from the Las Vegas strip which can be noisy busy and congested. Easy to get to. A great value for the amount of amenities they offer. The pool is nice with a waterfall. Do not stay by the pool if you are looking for relaxation. The pillows are some of the very worst I ever had to sleep on bring your own.

Room Tip: If you want it quiet never get a room by the pool.

We did a trade in Interval International for this week as a change of pace. We had requested, and received, a place in the back since the street the resort is on is a busy street. It was perfect. Close to the covered parking, the unit was clean and had been recently updated. The kitchen appliances looked brand new and the beds were very comfortable. It was 110 degrees outside but the A/C worked GREAT and would cool the unit to any temperature you wanted. The "blower" inside the unit, however, was VERY noisy and blew 24/7 (unlike most thermostats that go off when down to the set temperature). It would be nice if there were some umbrella around the adult pool since there was no shade there. We sat through the timeshare presentation which was tolerable and included lunch and we received a $75 VISA gift card which we used on restaurants and gas. I would recommend this resort and would stay here again.

This was our 3rd visit to this property. The accommodations are wonderful and comfortable. But things didn't seem to be up to the same standards they had been previously.

Our room had no alarm clock, but the staff did promptly bring one. There was also no pot for the coffee maker. Both of these things should be obvious to the staff when they are missing.

The first couple of nights the adult pool was filthy and cold. We brought it to the attention of the staff, but the security guard couldn't be bothered with sweeping the pool. We brought this to the attention of management the next day who was so appreciative of us pointing this out to her, that she promised us a gift card. Guess what, gift card was never given, and the next night same thing at the pool. We stayed for two weeks, and eventually the pool issue was taken care of.

I also think that they need to just bite the bullet and provide wi-fi to their guests. They contract with at&t to provide the wi-fi, and if there is an issue, you get bounced back and forth between hotel and at&t staff. The router in my parents' building didn't work the entire time they were there, so they didn't have the option to purchase wi-fi access.

I would still stay here again. The rooms are great, the staff overall is very attentive and friendly. It's convenient and a nice get away from the craziness on the strip. The pools are beautiful as well.

We rented a 2-bedroom setting for 2 couples and a kid, and it was great. The beds are very comfortable, the unit is large and there are enough activities in the resort to stay in for the hot days. Nice pool with a waterfall, another adult only pool and 2 hot tubs.

Not far from The Strip (5 mins in the car), lovely size apartment right next to the pool. House keeping once in the time we were there which suited us. Allowed late check out with no charge. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will stay here again when we return to Vegas!
