“Admittedly the best burger I've ever had”

Be prepared for a long line. We were able to sit at the bar much faster however and still recieved excellent service and to die for burgers and fries. I think the burger was around $15 and an order of the parmesan fries w/ truffle oil was about $7, but one serving is PLENTY for two to share

“Yummy burgrrrr”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 April 2014

After two days in Vegas, we finally found the time (2hrs) to wait for a table at Burgr Gordon Ramsey. The restaurant doesn't take reservations and if you're not super hungry, it's worth the wait in the never ending line-up. Although, we did find that if we went up to the desk and left our phone number, we got a call back as soon as a table became available. This gave us time to wonder about. The prices are pretty reasonable for a tasty, fresh and well put together burger between a freshly baked bun. The milkshakes are dessert in a glass and oh so delicious. Although, beware of the water glasses, the bottoms easily come apart and my astonished niece and brother-in law were drenched in ice and water and thankfully were unscathed from any broken glass. The servers were great with apologies and cleaning up but we did have to ask for a consolation and my niece got one of those delicious milk shakes on the house. Having watched many Gordon Ramsey episodes on TV and his intolerance for anything that goes wrong, I wondered why the problem of the disappearing glass bottoms have not yet been resolved, since we were told it is a recurring incident. Why not replace them all with another supplier before a nasty incident happens?

Without a doubt the Hells Kitchen Burger and just fries I ordered were the best burger I have tasted. This restaurant is a must if you like burgers and fries!

“Be prepared to wait...”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 April 2014

We came here as a group of 5 on a Wednesday night at 8:45 pm. The hostess said it would be an hour and offered to text when the table was ready. After an hour went by with no text we checked in with the hostess who said it would be another 5-10 minutes. 20 min later we finally received the text that our table was ready. We checked back in with the hostess who said they were just setting our table. 15 minutes later they were ready to seat us. This whole process was a headache... we had just flown in and were starving so we would have appreciated the hostess just being honest about the wait time from the beginning. When we finally were seated we ordered our drinks and an order of onion rings to share. The waiter said one order would be a good portion to share and it turned out there were only 5 onion rings... they were good but we wish we had ordered more for everyone.

The burgers were slow to come out but they all came out at our desired temperature. The farm burger was delicious. The duck breast bacon was very flavorful and paired well with the egg on the burger. The damnation chicken burger was just okay. The actual chicken patty lacked flavor... it just tasted like ground chicken with no seasoning. We all shared the three different types of fries they offered. The truffle parmesan fries were the table favorite with the sweet potato fries being a close second. The only complaint from us about the fries was that there was no "regular" ketchup. They only provided curry and chipotle ketchup.

We ate our food fairly quickly since we were so hungry... and by the time we left the restaurant it was 11:30 pm... this shows you how long we had to wait initially to get in and then again for the food. We would visit this place again for the beef burgers, however I would not come here if there were a wait.
