“2nd stay here”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 May 2014

This was our second stay in this hotel, so we knew what to expect. We chose this property because of the superb location, small hotel feel, and excellent, unobtrusive service. Check in is very convenient, Nobu guests get dropped at the strip entrance, away from the mob scene at the main front desk, and escorted to the Nobu front desk. Check in for us, has been quick, easy, and discreet both times. The concierge and all staff members will do back flips to take care of most any request. The location of Nobu is dead center in Caesars, but when in our room, it seemed far away from the noise and action. The room are nice, modern Japanese style decor, but clearly remodeled '70s. To me, the location, and service level, are far more important. The second floor has private coffee, and tea service in the morning, a rarity in Vegas. The Nobu room service is very special, if a little pricey. We will definitely return.

Room Tip: A standard king is a good choice, we upgraded to a "luxury king", and noticed no differenc...

So we had a meal at Nobu, wanted to try the hotel. Had a chance on a trip to Vegas, just one night. Room was nice, bathroom is not as large as others, bef not as comfortable. You can select pillows ahead of time. Here is the problem we had during our stay.

Room next to ours, the couple comes back at 11:30 pm, had to slam the door 6 or 7 times, really woke us up. Them had someone else stop by at 1 am, again with the door. Tgen the couple on the other side tried to get into our room thru connecting door at 2 am! Really!

When we went to check out, the young man at the desk asked us how the stay was, told him what i just shared here. He had nothing to say other than a manager will call me. That was at 11 am, we are at 4 pm, no call . They should equip the front lines to handle that sort of thing.

Lovely boutique hotel within a big hotel complex, so getting the best of both worlds. The staff were excellent and very friendly/helpful at all times in a sincere manor. Hotel room very nice, modern and a more than adequate size (deluxe room). 7 day stay and reasonable price when comparing! Perfectly positioned on the strip for access to what LV has to offer. The hotel provides complementary coffee at the bottom of escalators each morning. Once in the hotel it is lovely an quiet which was great. Will most definitely stay again.

The promise about VIP treatment for the high price paid for a room in Nobu is not worth the money. Free WIFI - one device free in the room - all other areas in Caesars 19.99 $ up
Free spa and fitness - yes, but 25 $ rental for a locker !!!!!
Reception was a laugh - they where not able to assist with recommendation for dinner reservation outside Caesars. They forgot about our request for a booking and we ended up doing it on our own. Tried to get them to book a car...answer: you can book your own car at Hertz! So the 24 hrs concierge service was basically a student not able to do anything. With an average price of 300 $ a night spend for 6 nights, we would not go back.

Room Tip: Do not spend money on the hotel - view on lower floors are terrible.

The room details are very nice and the staff is excellent. It is a smaller hotel so there are no wait times for elevators which is really nice. I found the room size to be small for the price paid for the room. I would prefer to spend the same amount of money at Venetian and get a suite with the extra room.
