Far enough away that there it is very peaceful and away from the party atmosphere of the strip. Resort has amenities we did not really use other then the pools and there is a nice adult only pool.

Nicely appointed one bedroom condo was very roomy. Walk out the back/side of resort, and go two long blocks to the back of MGM and catch the tram! There is too much construction to walk directly to the strip along the front of the resort.

Bath had a private dressing area with large jet tub and sink attached to master. The rooms were all very large, well kept and clean. This worked fine for one couple and a younger teen, but the sleeper sofa in the living room was not very large or comfortable.

For us ,this was a time share swap and the sales staff can push hard to get you to attend the presentation. We checked in super late so it was easier to get past it and to the room.
