Las Vegas used to be the town where you could get the finest Italian food outside of NY. The fish was fresh, the veal tender, the sauces authentic, and nothing was terribly expensive.
Well, those days are apparently over.
This place is trendy, annoying, noisy, and expensive. The food is unusual but not in a particularly delicious or appealing way. I am allergic to shellfish and had very few pasta choices, which is unacceptable. A plain plate of spaghetti was $22 and I make it much better at home. The branzino was overcooked, yet this is supposed to be a house specialty.
The service was non-existent (we had to stand up and wave over to our server to get our check.)
The lighting is peculiar and annoying and points right in your eyes at several tables.
I was there with a work colleague and we couldn't wait to get out of the place.

Our meals were all amazing and quite delicious. I was able to find some vegetarian options and really enjoyed my meal. Our server was quite friendly and his fellow staff members (and hostesses) were all very welcoming.

In two words this was a "fortunate find." Hungry, reservation-less and on our way to a concert - we grabbed the only two open seats at the bar for a quick cocktail and bite before our show. In brief:

Cocktails - 5 star (espresso martini's)
Bartender - 5 star (LOVED him!)
Food (beef carpaccio, calamari) - 5 star
Ambience - 5 star

In summary, it's a definite must for our next trip to Vegas.

Our group of 26 reserved the private dining room for an anniversary celebration over Memorial Day weekend. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating while planning as well as during the event. The food was amazing and definitely the best meal we had in Vegas during our 5 day stay! Our menu included Caprese salad, gnocchi and ravioli, and choice of beef tenderloin or sea bass. Every single diner in our group agreed that each course just got better and better. The service was also fantastic. Definitely recommended!

We made the mistake of not making dinner reservations on a Saturday night. Every restaurant was packed. We were staying at The Signature and thought that Fiamma might have a table as it is tucked in the back on our way back to our hotel. Oh no. It was packed, too. At nine PM, Las Vegas was just getting started. The complex was filled with 20 to 30 somethings as well as Prom groups. I had read reviews that the hostesses seemed snooty. We asked for a table and they said maybe in an hour or we could try the bar. They were very helpful and found us a table. Not snooty at all. There were four of us. The bar table was tight. We ordered drinks and looked around to determine that no restaurant table was going to open up. So, we went on to order dinner. Our server, Jamie, was kind and patient. We ended up splitting meals and ordering sides. Her service was perfect. Even though she was slammed, she was unruffled and prompt with all orders. The food was excellent. We even stayed for a rare dessert. The MGM Grand complex is large. This restaurant is a very pleasant oasis.
