My wife and I are pleased to highlight the outstanding customer service that Steve K. provided to us during our 6-11 September visit to the Flamingo, Las Vegas. During our five days on the casino floor, we observed Steve K. as one of those rare employees whose actions are very important to a customer’s decision on whether to return to a business or take his or her business somewhere else.
Steve’s courteous, attentive, and helpful actions were all very important to our decision to continue returning to the Flamingo as our very first choice for entertainment in Las Vegas. In fact my wife and I will be visiting the Flamingo again in November! And, we would also venture to say that there are many other customers who feel the same way.
We personally witnessed Steve K. working very hard, every day during some of the most difficult of situations in the "front lines, face to face" with sometimes "not-so-pleasant" customers. We want to compliment Steve K. on his superb performance related to “how” he did things the customer oriented way. In particular: (1) his service was outstanding; (2) his conversation was outstanding; and (3) his helpfulness was outstanding…every time and every day! Steve K. consistently provided customers with greetings that were friendly and personal, and he certainly gave a “Welcome to the Flamingo” feeling that was genuine.
Steve K. should be highly commended for his courteous and always professional service. Also, many thanks to the Flamingo for providing such an outstanding customer-oriented and professional service provider!
