Arrived at 11.40am for lunch and waited one hour in line. Watched them take in their club members as soon as they arrived. Finally got seated then as I was ordering they came up to say they made a mistake and someone from their club members was suppose to get our table. Then we went to the front to find they could not find them for another 5 minutes. We waited another 10 minutes watching a further 10 people seated before us. Then finally seated and the food was very poor. I could not recommend any dish. They are not award quality anymore, if ever! Go to Nobu at the Hard Rock for a quality dining experience not this crap!!

We try and get here at least once per year. The service is really good and the food is excellent. There are always take out orders ready to go along the counter... it seems quite popular. They allow you to bring your drinks in from the casino, which is awesome. Their food seems so fresh and not prepared in tons of grease. I particularly love their green beans. The price tag is reasonable and the portions are huge. Go hungry and prepared to leave with a doggy bag.

We were visiting a friend at the Gold Coast Casino. He suggested having dim sum at the property. With hesitation and reluctance, we said why not.

I was pleasantly surprised. Variety was excellent. Cart style service where the staff rolls around variety of offering. The portion was nice, it was hot (for steamed items), and delicious!

There will be a long line right around noon. We snuck in about 11:15, we didn't feel rushed.

Price is above average for dim sum. If you use points, you get a discount. One of the best Chinese restaurant in Vegas. Service is good. Some of the noddle dishes are around $10, pretty reasonable for Chinese restaurant in Casino.

Sometimes you get in the mood for certain types of food. For me - every now and then - I get a craving for Chinese food. Specifically, it's fried rice. Not just any fried rice, but fried rice as spicy as you can make it. For most restaurants, it takes about 3 incarnations (or visits) before they get how hot we like it.

After being good for the week - and by that we mean watch what you eat, count calories, and all that healthy stuff you are supposed to do, the family decided we were ready to eat out and have Chinese. Next door to where we are we see this advertising about one of the best places in the US to eat Chinese. That's some serious swag. Are they ready to back it up?

I ordered three dishes - chicken fried rice (spicy), Chinese sausage fried rice (spicy), and chicken broccoli. Note that chicken broccoli is not on the menu per se.

The rice portions were very generous. Plenty for two meals. The rice wasn't smoky but at least it was tasty. They had used a little chinese chili oil and a few fresh jalepenos to spice it up. For a person used to ghost chilis and habaneno type peppers, this was 2 of 10 on the spicy scale. Next time I need to ask for a lot of chili oil.

The chicken broccoli was the real surprise. This could have been your run of the mill broccoli with meat. Instead, it was very flavorful with ginger as a key ingredient. Nice.

Overall, we were so pleased we plan to eat there again. Look for us to review this place on our second visit (with some suggestions from us, of course).
