The Wynn Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas is top notch. It is always clean, has amazing views and extremely good service by the employees who work there. We celebrated my birthday and without asking they sent a special arrangement of chocolates to the room with a birthday card. The extra touches that they provided made us feel welcome. I would suggest a high floor overlooking the strip for the best views. if you are with someone who plays golf, the golf course side of the hotel is pretty although not very much to see. Bring Binoculars .

My husband and I stayed at the Wynn because I was there for a conference. The lobby was very pretty but when we pulled up we asked the valet's if rooms were available or should we come back later? It was around 1pm and check in was at 3pm.....they said oh yes rooms are ready come in. So we got in line at the front desk only to be told that no rooms were available to store our bags with the valet desk. So we waited into another line to store our bags. Now mind that is why we pulled up and asked the valet in the first place so we didn't have to deal with our bags. They did give us a pool pass and the pool area was very nice. Eventually we got up to our room and they put us on the 58th floor in a corner room towards the mountains not the strip! It was beautiful up there! loved the view. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious but there was no air conditioning vent in the bathroom so it got very hot trying to blow dry your hair after a shower. Overall it was a nice place to stay but there are so many other nice hotels to stay at in Vegas I'm not I would return to this one.

We stayed in this place in July 2011.

Would firstly advise anyone who doesn't mind getting shuttles that they appear to be MUCH cheaper than taxis and to pre book. strip and airport are close but taxis are extortionate. I know its las vegas but seriously!!

Check-in was v busy. We queued for around 15mins. Greeting at check-in was hardly what you expect from a 5* hotel - pretty surly and unfriendly to say that least. Would go as far as saying that receptionist had a bad attitude. We checked in and queried whether we would have any problems with the noise from the club as some people had warned us this was a real problem at the wynn. We were advised that this would not be. Absolute rubbish! The noise reverberates through the room, it's awful. We were going to bed around 2am to start a day of 24hour travelling and it really wasn't nice.

Room is absolutely stunning. beautiful layout and furniture. I loved the control for the drapes etc. Air conditioning was poor. Because of the floor to ceiling windows the room obviously attracts heat and I never felt the temperature was cool enough our entire stay despite fiddling with the control constantly. Rooms cleaned to perfection everyday.

Resort fee is a total and utter disgrace. I would love some genuine clarification as to why this is passed onto guests. It's so sneaky and really unnecessary. I know it's not a considerable amount but it just feels like a pointless charge to further line steve wynn's pocket. This was queried on check out and obviously the receptionist couldn't have cared less. The feeling I get from the Wynn is they know that they will always be busy due to their location and that they are not too bothered if you return. I stayed in various hotels in America and I received better service in motels. Internet was free in every single hotel/motel yet the wynn charge their guests $13.99 a day.

No fridge in the room apart from a mini bar which charges once an item is removed. Another complete joke. Given the temperature in las vegas i think it's petty and cheap of the wynn to not allow guests use of the room fridge in order to charge 5$ for a bottle of water. It doesn't matter how much money you have, this is a rip off! It actually reminded me of something you would expect more of a cheap motel!

Would not return to this hotel, so much choice on the strip and the staff and charges drag this place down.

First time in Las Vegas, great beginnings. Hotel was beyond expectations. Service was prompt and courteous. All meals were delicious. Good location, we could walk everywhere, although it was most comfortable to stay in the hotel.

great rooms and bathrooms alittle pricey for coffee, not very many coffee shops always long lineups in the morning, pool gets very busy you have to go early in the morning to get a good seat, location is on the north end of strip right across the street from the fashion mall, 15.00 ride to premium outlet, we always have a great time here.

The room was nothing to brag about. Venetian is better. Beds were comfy, didn't make up our room second day and no clean towels. Everything costs money even water. $25 minimum bet on tables. Pool is 4ft deep and pretty crowded. would I stay again? NO
