The mark of a great hotel is excellent service with follow through. I've raved about this Hotel here before, and it never lets me down. The makeup mirror in our room did not work. We called Housekeeping for a replacement, and it was there in 10 minutes. Ten minutes later a phone call from a Supervisor was received to verify that the replacement was there and working. Just a sample of how well this place is run. Worth every penny.

My brother and I stayed one night in Wynn and we both agreed that It was a great place to stay. I liked every part of the room. The quality of this hotel is outstanding. Hotel attendants were kind and friendly as well.

This was our first time staying here. We had a room on the 58th floor, strip view and it was amazing. Bath products great, they did charge per day, per device on the internet, so we waiting until we got outside to use our smartphones. The beds were a tad hard for me, but still pretty comfortable. By the time we were finished gambling the first day we had already gotten enough points for six passes to the buffet.!! Who doesn't like to eat for free. The hotel is right across the street from Fashion Show Mall, so we went there a couple of times, but for the most part, we just stayed in the hotel. Checked out the Encore Beach Club one night - all I can say is Fun!!! Why bring all my high shoes and club clothes when I can swim and sit by a pool and listen to a DJ spinning??? This part rocked! We would definitely stay again at this hotel

The room was amazing. The restaurants are great (and expensive). The bars are fantastic (highly recommend getting a drink at Parasol Down outside by the waterfall). We went in March and the pool was open (and heated) so swimming was perfect. Highly recommend the buffet as well. Great food, and not as expensive as most of the other restaurants at the hotel. If this hotel has one downside is that it is kind of out of the way from the rest of the strip. Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: When we checked in the guy asked us we wanted to upgrade the room for $25 a day to have a better vi...

The hotel....restaurants....rooms...etc are all very good bordering on excellent...but mr. wynn...please fix the problrms in the casino....the red card system should be eliminated...this combined with other casino problems ruined my anniverary vacation....I could go on and on aboit how wonderful your hotel is....but your problems in the casino must be resolved...

Room Tip: Do not gamble here...go to caesars or ballys

I go to Vegas for one reason... to see the shows. Primarily Cirque but I can now say that Wynn gives an entirely new reason to go to Vegas! I never left the hotel unless it was needed which was only to see another Cirque! This is a very 'livable' establishment and may be the best hotel experience of my life. Hotels can be many things but Wynn meets and exceeds all expectations.

The staff is impeccably trained. Every staff person I encountered from Tower Suite Front Desk to Housekeeping to Wait Staff was gracious and everyone is treated with the same degree of respect and kindness. Every staff person tool responsibility for your needs... even if it was not their department! If they did not know the answer, they would attempt to locate someone that could meet the request.

We stayed 5 nights in a beautiful Tower Suite and the service was extraordinary. We liked overlooking the golf course because it was quiet and the green provided a sense of ease and calm.

The two smaller private pools accessible only to Tower guest was an added plus with free water that may seem trivial until you realize you have consumed 3-4 bottles in the heat of a Vegas day by the pool. Food and drinks are very expensive however the quality was superb.

My only constructive feedback would be to create somewhere other than the room where music is not constantly playing. The 'beat' of Vegas exhausted us and we found ourselves longing for quiet, especially pool side where the music was not only constant but too loud.

Finally... Vegas would be such a better place if smoking was prohibited! Staff should be given hazard pay in most casinos!

Wynn was the exception... Although smoking does exist, the common spaces were clean and spacious. Corridors were filled with light and there was a "healthy" energy about the entire facility. The decor is stunning. Wynn will be our primary destination for all future visits to this city that is a total adult Disneyland.

le Reve is my new favorite Cirque and The Beatles is a close second!!

Room Tip: This hotel is beautifully and artfully constructed!! We 'never' heard any exterior noise...

My wife and I decided that since we were going to Vegas to get married that we would book a 5 star hotel and the Wynn did not disappoint. The staff was amazingly courteous, from the front desk to the gaming tables. The pool was large and there were a ton of seats in both sunny and shaded areas. The food on the premises was expensive but you DEFINITELY got what you paid for. We were treated to a complimentary room upgrade and stayed in a King Panorama Room with a view of the Strip and it was breathtaking. We only experienced 2 hiccups in the 4 days we were there: first room service was backed up and it took them an hour and a half do deliver a bottle of champagne. The concierge service reduced the price of the bottle to make amends which was very nice. Also our hair and makeup team was waylaid at the elevators as you are not allowed into the resort area without a key. Keep this in mind if you invite friends or family to your room. If you do not give them a key you will have to meet them at the elevators.

tl;dr: The Wynn is a pricey hotel on the Strip but definitely worth the stay. 5 out of 5, easily.

Room Tip: Ask for a complimentary upgrade. Chances are good you will receive one. I did not use the spa as i...
