“Amazing hotel, great service.”

We stayed at Wynn for one week for a conference. The casino's at the Wynn are probably the best in Vegas. The clubs and restaurants are first class. Service was friendly and helpful particularly when trying to book restaurants and shows. Rooms are huge and very clean. The Wynn is located at the end of the strip.
Only downside was internet is expensive and we had to pay for access to the fitness club.
Will stay at the Wynn again.

Recently stayed for 3 days at Wynn, I am happy to say it has maintained it high standards in terms of security, cleanliness of common areas, hotel rooms updated with new electronics, and casino games, excellent casino hosts and staff. Even the hallway carpets are new.
Tried the buffet, the usual lineup but I just love their muesli with strawberries, asked the lady for extra and she handed me a bowl !! How nice. Chinese food is also good and the japanese sushi and hand rolls. Different stations from bread, salads, seafood, mexican fare, desserts. Love madeleines but this one was just so so. Gelato with its myriad of flavours, pistachio and coffee was my fav. Price also reasonable for the food quality $ 25.99 for lunch. Allegro( italian ) and Red 8 were kind of busy, food quality still there, though pricey

This was a busy week with the magic convention, suntory and 2 others, one afternoon the elevator was backed up with a very long line, but was managed efficiently and in good time for the consumer public to get into their rooms.

In terms of comp, Wynn has an excellent marketing strategy to keep you playing there. They have a daily slot competition, if you get 500 points from 3-3(24 hours) you're in. Timing is good at 4:00 and finished by 6:00, prizes posted in your card or resort credit. First prize is $ 1000.00 and the first 10 high scores get a monetary prize. On top of that, they offer meals at the buffet. Staff walks around to ask if you want a players card; drinks are easy to get.The ubiquitous and dreaded resort fee is waived, you don't even have to ask for it, if you played there. Casino hosts also good. This is just plain excellent business sense so you play there.Prize is not bad either, not chintzy. And that is how maintain their class and sets them apart.
I have stayed at Cosmo, Bellagio, Ceasars(so-so),Aria, MGM, Red rock,Venetian and Palazzo and go to Vegas quite often for the food and casino, Wynn is now my fav.
Security is a big issue for me in Las Vegas and Wynn just covers it the best

Everyone you meet from the bellman to the dealers are friendly and very accommodating. Property is immaculate and well maintained. Excellent choice of restaurants for almost any dining preferances. Nothing better than blackjack by the beautiful pool.

Customer service is outstanding, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and there is nowhere else I would want to stay if I visited Las Vegas again. The attention to detail is second to none and from arrival to departure our every need was catered for with total efficiency. I would recommend this hotel to everyone without hesitation.

Room Tip: Avoid a room overlooking The Encore pool if you have children as you may hear music from the pool pa...

What can I say, you get what you pay for. The Wynn is extremely clean and one of Vegas's premier hotels. Rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff was very respectful. We stayed here during EDC week back in June and had a great time. Encore Beach Club and Xs were downstairs, which made for a convenient walk back to the room. Security checks to make sure that every group going upstairs has a room key, so you have a sense of security. Overall, we had a great stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

Room Tip: The rooms on the Wynn side a much quieter then encore!

This place has a colorful, beautiful design with great food and service. The rooms are nice and well-designed. The staff has been trained well and they do a great job. I only tried 2 restaurants there but they were both terrific. I'm looking forward to going back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wynn. It is very luxurious and well appointed. Our room overlooked the strip and the sights were fantastic. If anything the hotel is a fair walk from the Strip and the Monorail. My only complaint is being charged $16 per day for internet access (and that is per device). These days free Internet access should be a basic part of all hotels. As overseas travellers we need the internet to stay on top of things and the charge felt like gouging. I have not had to pay for this service anywhere else, only in Vegas.
