I stayed for two nights with a friend and it was an excellent choice. The room was huge and beatifully decorated in light tones. The bathroom is impressive, one of the best I have been in. The hotel in general was great, but no the service: It took forever to check in, I never had to queue that much in any other Vegas hotels. We also had a little incident on the check out with the crew, who attended people that were not queing first... Also, the second day when they cleaned the room they forgot to replace the shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc, so not a good surprise when you realise in the shower yo have nothing... Also, the glases that they replaced were dirty. Annoying and not really a five star experience.
I guess we had bad luck, but appart from that it was perfect. The pool is amazing, you even have an exclusive area to sunbathe "european style". The casino is huge and with a refined ambience in comparisson with others. Pay the extra suplement to stay on the upper floors. We didn´t and we had views to the air conditioning patio... Ugly and annoying noise. We stayed at the 28th at the Aria and it is such a different experience. It is worth to pay more for it, I will definitely do it if I go back.More
