We returned to the Mirage Hotel and Casino last year because of a special they offered us. We witnessed one of the pit bosses humiliating a crap table employee in front of us. One other customer and I told the pit boss that this was not in any way a professional way to reprimand someone. We all engaged in a very heated exchange over his poor professionalism. I ever spoke with the Manager on duty (yes, you know who you are) I took his name and wrote to the Mirage explaining our disappointment with our experience in detail. We have not heard any kind of apology or acknowledgement. There are too many hotels in Las Vegas with customer service priority to have to tolerate this type of disappointing service.
